Couscous with vegetables

Ingredients

Couscous 200 g
Quick-frozen vegetable mixture 400 g
Salt
Soy sauce
Lean oil
Curry

Cooking method

  • Prepare couscous, as indicated on the package, adding vegetable oil, soy sauce. Fry the vegetable mixture separately in a skillet, season with curry and salt. Mix vegetables and couscous. Serve with meat, fish, chicken or as a separate dish during the fast: flowers:

yara, I have written on the package: pour the couscous into boiling salted water, add 1 tsp. butter, stir, remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes to swell. The proportions are not indicated, but I do 1: 1.5 (for 100 g of couscous 150 ml of water).
