: yahoo: Well, let's create a theme in recipes - about 1202 recipes already ADAPTED for Mystery !!! : drinks: After all, there is already. At the same time you boast

What's the point? Why focus on the fact that bread is baked in the Mystery, what's the difference in which HB? Here on the site the thought flashed that the type of HB does not depend on whether or not bread will turn out, but in many respects on the ingredients and from us bakers!
Any recipe, even 100% tested, may not work the first time (and I think many will confirm my idea), but all because the ingredients that you use directly may differ from the ingredients on which this bread is baked! Therefore, you can take the first recipe you like here on the site and bake bread.

mumi, do not be offended ! Believe me, we do not refuse help, we provide it in this way! After all, we, too, were once newbies with our other stoves, and we were also poked into common recipes! And now I use the same recipes on 4 different stoves, and other members of the forum use them the same - for their stoves! And few people compare the regime tables. There is no need to be afraid of mistakes, a lot of people have gone through this. This is the only way to gain experience.

mumiYou write such long posts that during this time it was quite possible to take and print any simple recipe for mom. Meanwhile, what you insist on, even prohibited rules. And it is forbidden not for all equipment, namely for bread makers for the very reasons that we all write to you - the recipes are the same! If you still do not want to use the well-known recipes, I can only help you by writing the recipes in a personal, but, I repeat, these will be the same recipes that I use in 4 (now five) other stoves.

Tell me, on which program to bake Easter cake in this oven? On a muffin or sweet bread? In the program table 13 (cake), there are gaps between kneading, of which there are two ...
If a cake with soda - then he does not care. And what about yeast in the kulich? And everywhere in the end they write - oven. She doesn't bake with me.

Again, you have to ask against the rules for a recipe tested for this bread machine

But this does not mean at all that the quality and taste of the dough are different in different models.

Can I answer you, mumi? Kulich can be baked both on the "Sweet bread" and on the "Basic" program, but not on 13 (muffin). I have 2 HP: Rollsen and Alaska. I bake on them whatever I like and do not even pay attention to which HP recipe. I adjust by weight, decrease or increase the bookmark. I used to bake everything with pressed yeast (I don't like dry yeast). More often I used the "Main" program and "Pastry" (or "Sweet bread").Rolsen's "Fast" program is normal (2 hours 10 minutes), occasionally I used it too, but in Alaska this program is shorter, I got some kind of nonsense on it. I often use the "Dough" program. But on the programs "French" and "Whole Grain" I did not get a convex roof on bread, fell off when baking. Now, most often I bake on the "C / Z" program (3:40 for 900g or 3:32 for 700g), but this is with the use of starter cultures and reducing the amount of compressed yeast to 4-5 grams. I have 2 starter cultures - raisin (thinner) and onion (pretty steep dough). And I will bake cakes either on the "Main" with a light crust, or on the "Pastry" with a medium crust.
Feel free to experiment. The more you bake, the more experience you will gain. I also baked on your stove. We gave the same to my sister, and I tried it. I like it. Good luck to you

Tell me, how do you keep the non-stick coating does not hinder the kneading nozzle?

Tatiana S., tell Rolsen RBM-1160 the nozzle for kneading the dough keeps tight, does not it dangle like the Mystery 1202?

I had a kneading nozzle, a non-stick coating, nothing else could spoil the coating, so before the batch I examined the bucket, it was without scuffs.
This happened when kneading bread dough in 500 grams, salt was added in the form of a solution.

It looks like the model has a design flaw, the nozzle is attached to the pin somehow, because of this, it cuts the coating.

I would not call this a disadvantage. In my first HB, the knives also dangle slightly and, at the same time, does not affect the kneading result, and even more so on the chipping of the coating. When cooking, I put salt crushed with a coffee grinder into the dough. And even when I baked in coarse salt, there were no scuffs in the HB!

alexeyda, Are you sifting flour? Couldn't some hard rubbish get into the bucket with flour? Are there any irregularities on the bottom of the blade? It's strange ... I have never met such one in five stoves, although I also baked with coarse salt and sugar.

dopleta, thanks for the answer
What models are 5 stoves?
The fact is that I thought for a long time how I could spoil the surface, and while watching the kneading, I realized that when kneading a small amount, the dough hit very hard against the kneading nozzle and starts knocking on the bucket.
And it is understandable why the stove of 500 grams kneads for as much as 25 minutes.
Could something hit. If only there is dirt in the salt

The dough hits very hard and knocks - what does that mean? Maybe the gingerbread man is too cool? Is there a little liquid? But even in this case, you should not scratch! Is there dirt in the salt? What kind of salt is this? And does it make sense to dissolve it first, if the stones still remain? And 5 models are Severin, Ariete, Binaton-multi-cook-bread machine, Mystery, Rollsen.

alexeyda, sorry for not answering right away. Pre-holiday chores. The attachment fits freely, and in Alaska it is even freer, but don't let that scare you. When kneading, the dough is stuffed into all the leaks. My Teflon coating in Rollsen began to wear off rather quickly, after about 4 months, but not on the bottom, but on the side ledges. I think that dry candied fruits were to blame. Now, before bookmarking, I sprinkle them with hot water. I pour salt in the usual dry form and sugar too, sometimes I dissolve it. The coating, it seems to me, does not really suffer from this. Now my Rollsen has a new bucket, it was replaced after the warranty repair. but not because of scuffs, but because of the fact that it began to leak and a failure in the programs turned out. In the new bucket I found slight scratches, but they are high, almost at the very edge, so I didn’t appear, I was glad that they fixed it.

Cool you bake!

And I like this stove, and despite the noisy and allegedly unreliable coating, the bread in it turns out to be very tasty and appetizing! Perhaps I am one of the few Bakeries who prefers to see the merits of my HB over its shortcomings. In addition, as already mentioned here, I will paraphrase in my own way, HB is just a machine that helps us bake bread and everything that happens to it and it directly depends on us bakers!

Best regards, Akya ...

Tatiana S., Akya.
I answer you.
1) on the supra 150 model, nothing fell off.
Why? Construction and coverage are better!

My opinion is:
2) Is there really no way to produce a stove with a stainless steel bucket or with a ceramic coating?
Why combine harvesters are made with a stainless steel bowl but no bread maker! The price was not such a device.

3) And programmable in a compact, lightweight body Mystery 1202/1203 Bread Maker?

Programmable is necessary because this is not the laundry that you threw in and let it wash, the dough requires an individual approach!
Tatiana S.
Oh, I, too, would not refuse a programmable, with a reliable coating, with a dispenser and for 2000 r.
But ..... This will already be other money, but I still have no extra money. Therefore, I create on my beloved Rolsen (after warranty repair), I'm waiting for the second one, Alaska, from the warranty repair. And if, instead of HP, the money is returned, I will buy Mystery 1204.

1) Tatyana, it is better to have one for 3-4 thousand rubles than to carry the stoves to the workshops under warranty!
2) I am ready to overpay so that the poison (I’m about the coating that feeds into the dough when kneading) does not poison me.
In the meantime, the market is ruled by manufacturers, and we buyers must unfortunately obey
Tatiana S.
Before buying HP, I read reviews about various models, but the coating peels off in expensive ones, oddly enough, and they break in the same way.

only this coating is unstable 🔗

And about the expensive HP: my friend has Bork for more than 8, and something is not going well with her, she practically does not bake anything, and the guarantee has already ended. I brought her pumpkin bread according to my own recipe, she could not tear herself away from it, she asked for the recipe. Hello everybody! On May 8, I bought myself a HP Mystery 1202. After reading the forum in advance, I put the Eternal Leaven. The first bread according to the recipe "Mixed bread in a leavened bread maker" turned out to be sour and did not rise very much, but the second attempt was crowned with success! True, I slightly changed the ratio of wheat to rye flour and added a little spice.

My bread maker (Mystery 1203) is three days old. The quality of the bread is very good. happy (there is something to compare). BUT, after the very first preparation, the sight glass was covered with pimples, apparently the temperature for it was "outrageous"! crust. Considering all the pros and cons, I would not buy a bread machine now, because it will not automatically cook even the simplest bread, you need a "manual" mode during kneading!
I would give it back with great pleasure, but I bought it through an internet store, I don't know if this is possible !?
Tatiana S.
Saveliya, I want to reassure you a little about the impurities in HP. You can read more different reviews on different HP, even in expensive HP models, the owners keep an eye on the bun and, if necessary, help with a silicone spatula during kneading. I also do this, but sometimes the kneading takes place without any intervention on my part. I have already noticed: flour interferes better if more oil (especially vegetable oil) is added to the dough. On a timer with a delay, I set to bake bread only according to recipes that have been tested on my own experience (for example, mayonnaise bread). And during Great Lent she baked bread without butter at all, here I had to intervene in the formation of a kolobok and scrape off flour from the walls and corners of the bucket. The fact that you get a wonderful crust is a very big plus. You read how many complaints about this among other HPs. But regarding the viewing window, I don't know why it happened, the first time I met this. So everything has its pros and cons. Your cookie is very good, I baked in one, only 1202, I liked it. Good luck and delicious bread

Saveliya, apparently, you were out of luck with this particular stove, it turned out to be defective. I have the same one, and also have something to compare with - I have it one of 4. It copes well with the postponement, there are no impurities. The only drawback in comparison with the rest is that it is noisier.

Saveliya
Thanks to Tatiana S and dopleta! Apparently I was unlucky not only with the stove, but also with the online store, but I will make them anyway! 21st century in the yard ... I would have coped with impurities - this is a matter of seconds, you think about helping five minutes first, all the more fascinates me the formation of a kolobok .... but with melting plastic, it’s completely bad. Yesterday I baked Darnitsa bread, well, the stove was clever, how did it do the job: the quality of the bread is super (it was not the same in another oven, apparently a good second batch does its job), and the crust is good, but the viewing window ordered a long life- " boiled "," bubbled ", straight to attack, I will definitely take a picture and exhibit this miracle here.
I handed over the stove to the online store (they will conduct an examination, etc.), however, I had to use the services of a free line consultant - "everything about protecting consumer rights", because the seller just started to bother ... also sooo tasty.

Bought model 1202. Baked white bread recipe from included manual. The bread turned out to be wonderful - the oven is super! The only thing I did not find in the manual for the recipe for unleavened pasta dough. And another question is how to properly put the ingredients for the dumplings dough into the bucket?

Good day. I have been the owner of Mystery 1202 for about six months. Before that I hadn’t looked into the eyes of bread makers, but there’s nothing to complain about. The bucket was not damaged at all (although I bake at least every other day, and sometimes it happens several times a day), even the jam did not affect the coating in any way, the crust of the bread is normal - but I always put it on a light one, my husband does not like crispy crusts, noisy does not interfere in any way, on the contrary, sometimes you need to listen - is it kneading there, in the next room? We bake the main bread - French according to the recipe from the instructions, without changing anything it always turns out great (we don't use lemons, so I add a little citric acid, and sometimes I don't put it in either - the difference is not particularly noticeable),lately I have been baking on the first program - it also makes no difference. I haven't made friends with rye flour yet - it seems to work, but the taste cannot be called pleasant at all, some kind of mediocre. Now I am trying to conjure with sourdoughs, but something also does not work out very well - the dough rises (with manual control of the modes), but the taste is not at all happy, we eat with difficulty. I will try other leavens.
In general, I am very happy with the stove. For its price - so generally a treasure. I tried another bread maker from my mother - as in the case a little higher - Bork for 8 something thousand. So my mother did not bake it, a few unsuccessful samples according to recipes from the instructions - and the stove is "for beauty." And I tasted my breads and muffins - I couldn't tear myself away. In terms of the quality of the baking, I did not notice the difference at all, except that there were two buckets and a stick for pulling out a scapula from the bread in the kit. Although if the pocket allows, in principle, it is better to choose quality and more western countries of manufacture than ours
Actually, I wanted to share my experience in baking cupcakes, with them many beginners (and I have at first) have problems. I did not succeed in any recipes for muffins for bread makers, no matter how I got around, and then I easily began to adapt the usual recipes for ovens. I stopped at just two basic recipes, with variations of additives - carrot and Zebra.
Carrot (an arbitrary glass - 200-250 ml, the main thing is that the proportion is) - a glass of flour, a glass of sugar, a glass of rammed finely grated carrots, 3 eggs, soda or baking powder - whoever likes it (I put 1/2 teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar ). First, beat the eggs with sugar, then add the flour, soda and carrots (squeeze the carrots, otherwise the dough will be wet, if it is very sweet - you can use less sugar), knead everything and go - into the bucket of a bread machine, Baking mode for 60 minutes. No one will ever guess what it is made of, carrots give only a slightly yellowish color and an interesting structure of the dough, it does not affect the taste in any way. This is like a base, you can add whatever your heart desires - cinnamon, cocoa, nuts, dried fruits.
Zebra - recipe from this site. 170g butter (I take margarine, once even sunflower oil), 170g flour, 170g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa, soda (baking powder). Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter, knead, then flour, soda, I also add brandy 1 tbsp. l. (optional), knead. We pour half of the dough, we mix in a heaped tablespoon of cocoa (ordinary, from HP - 2 tablespoons). Pour and put half of the white dough into the HP bucket, then everything is dark and the remaining white dough on top. According to the original recipe, it was necessary to alternate many layers (2 tablespoons white - 1 tablespoon dark, etc.), but for me this is how the tastes mix, and it turns out that it is neither chocolate nor white. And if you do it as indicated above, it is much tastier (and easier and faster). Bucket in HP, Baking mode 60 minutes.
Made purely from white dough with the addition of raisins, it was also very tasty, so again there is room for creativity.
