I did that, but it's inconvenient. I tried both the rug and the substrate until the substrate was in the test.

too small, it means that you need to press it with a heavy one, before buying a longer substrate, I pressed it with a wooden cutting board, and then came up with it to intervene, and no problems

Stir in during kneading? So she flies from there. Then you must first stir with a spatula, and then turn on the kneading. In general, all this is inconvenient. Thanks for the advice, of course.

could be so. the mystery threw more than the supra, her bucket is a little wider. it is a matter of a second to mix flour into the liquid, not even to mix it in, but to soak it, twisting it a little with silicone or a spatula or spoon, a knife, and that's it, it's not difficult and fast. according to the programs of kneading and proofing, I liked the mystery better, supra,my - maybe this one got caught, it overheats the dough a little during proofing, so I don't use programs, only kneading and baking. Mister handled everything herself.

I mainly knead in it. I don't like the shape of the bucket. I bake in a mini-oven with a brick or in a frying pan.

Oh, and in my Mystery MBM-1204, during the operation, the sight glass and the dispenser melted (it was cold at home and covered the lid with a towel) ... my husband cut out the iron and closed everything ... it's a pity to throw it out, the stove works well ... now you don't cover it with a towel I will..

I have Mystery 1202, I bought it recently, and I don't like it at all. There is something to compare with, because it is not the first. It is sooooo noisy, and I wanted to bake on a delayed start, but this impossible stirring noise!
And yet, in other HPs, it starts to interfere slowly at first, then gradually the speed increases. Here, it immediately interferes with great speed.
The taste of the bread is also not for the better. He's somehow rough and not elastic.
In general, I decided for myself that I will definitely not consider such HP for the future. (Thoughts aloud)

Good day. Take it to your ranks and help with advice, in the fall they presented the HP Mystery MBM-1206, after reading the forums, I realized that it is better not to use the recipe book. I started looking for recipes here. After a lot of trial and error, the bread began to turn out, and yesterday I decided to bake baguettes. Found the recipe, but there is a Moulinex stove. The result is very hard and not at all porous. Can someone tell me a good recipe for baguettes for our oven

Hello. I read on the Internet that new models of hp mystery mbm-1209 and mystery mbm-1207 have appeared, there are almost no reviews, maybe there are owners of such models on the forum, share your impression.

Just in case. I had a mystery 1203, worked for almost 2 years. A couple of weeks ago, a "pin" fell out on which the stirrer is put on. Puzzled by replacing the bowl. I found out a sad detail: there are no spare parts for the mystery in St. Petersburg, I went to the juno, there is a salon where they fix everything and everyone. My meat grinder covered itself up to the pile, changed the metal case and the auger. So they told me in plain text - they are disposable, these Mysteries. And it's a pity, such a good stove! I did everything on it ... I already bought a redmond, the bread turns out every other time, I noticed that a bucket from this redmond is coming to my mystery, so I think, buy a cup from redmond and put it in the mystery, because the motor itself is alive and the heating element works. Eh, I should have known earlier.
And about the recipes, my recipes from the booklet attached to the mystery were baked well. Redmond, however, is not.I baked rye bread for 2 hours and was still undercooked, and yesterday a white, wheat, proven recipe - the top failed ...
I would buy a mystery again, I really liked her, baked everything, even rye with sourdough, although there was no such program - it was baked gorgeous! But since there are no spare parts, you have to get used to the new stove.

Alexanderoh how, and this is a disposable stove
DJ_Stas
Well, then everything is disposable)) .. Mystery 12xx is a Moulinex clone, like Scarlett 401 and some of the Orions and Erissons, up to a heap of still unverified infa about the same bucket in Kenwood 25x. In general, 99% of the bucket from Moulinex 2000 (these will obviously be found) can be put in Mystery 1202, and in 1203 the ears are only slightly modified. they are riveted - you can rearrange them from the old bucket. But if this is a problem, then yes, buy another stove ..

No, not everything. On Moulinex, Kenwood, LG, Panasonic, Philips, there is everything or almost everything, belts, buckets, paddles ...

I wanted to convey this idea ... at least the very first consumable - a bucket for 1202 and 1203 with replacement ears - comes from the progenitor of Muli 2000, you just need to google a little, compare, try on ... And who does not bother with everything disposable.
dopleta
I have long ago confused which stirrer I have from which stove (and I already have six of them), since many are interchangeable. And some buckets too.
katyaspb
Larissa, specify, if not difficult, to which models do you have spare parts interchangeable? I will soon have time to replace the 'consumables' for Mystery 1202 and Maxwell 3752, I would really like to expand the search capabilities.
dopleta
Catherine, I will do it with pleasure, but not earlier than March, because now I am far from home. In addition, I have Mystery 1203, not 02, as you have, and Maxwell, excuse me, is not on my list of stoves either.
Tatiana S.
And I got the same problem with Mystery-1204. The shaft falls out of the bucket. If Rolsen managed to buy a new inexpensive bucket, then I won't find Mystery's. With Rolsen, I have another problem - the gearbox and belt flew. Repairs, they said, is possible, but about 4 thousand rubles. I already bought a new stove, and a bucket and a shovel from Rolsen came up to it. Now I will look for a bucket suitable for Mystery
DJ_Stas
sometimes it is easier to buy a used stove complete with a bucket in a little-used condition than to repair or take parts separately. Not all fans of homemade bread, play enough several times and the device is worth it. Also, according to the ads, you can determine from the photo how their buckets are suitable for their HP, in extreme cases, come to try them on. I took my 1203 for the sake of a bucket for 1000 r, but I was too lazy to remake the mount for moulinex, I use 1203.

Hello everyone. I will also note in this topic. Maybe someone has an unnecessary stirrer for Mystery 1202? There is a stove, there is a bucket for it, but there is no stirrer.

The site is not designed for the community in the LAN)) 8 messages and scored. I am writing for jostik in the subject means: the hole, like the outer diameter in silicone from the nipple, was cut unevenly, approximately with an overlap and vice versa with an interference in the center, just with nail scissors. Thin silicone is very soft and stretches, an uneven hole stretched over the shaft and ... like it became even)). Essno used 2 pads in a stack. And since they are soft, even through the fluoroplastic, the stretched edge protrudes and protrudes slightly from above into the gap. And the shaft also turns with a slight tension, slightly twisting the gaskets and fluoroplastic behind it with each turn. I thought it would break through the first batch .. but baked, then poured water - everything is dry. So far, also with an interference fit on the shaft. I was looking for all the info how much silicone from the nipple can withstand degrees, like it should be up to 200. I will continue to watch, experiment with the material. This nipple was already out of hopelessness, in the near. I did not find anything worthwhile and cheap in stores, and for 300 rubles a hand would not be able to cut something. And here's another thing, when I looked at the oil seals on the sites, I did not see ours, but there is 8x19x8, I think I should go, replacing the PTFE and the ring in height. So on my 1203 model, only the red oil seal on the shaft is visible.

Marking of our oil seal OBM TC6Y (8x19x5.5) (you can find it by labeling, no links), there is a similar one oil seal HP-050, whether it will fit in thickness, unless you put a plastic washer on top under the metal ring.
But it is not entirely clear why there is an oval groove on the shaft, the gland seems to be pressed against the bottom of the bucket. Maybe the oil seal somehow fits tightly on this groove on the shaft, unfortunately from my stove the oil seal inside was gouged, so it's hard to say.

DJ_Stas, this is only at first the number of hp is limited, since you are a beginner. Over time, or rather, with an increase in the number of your posts on the forum, it will increase.
jostik, links are allowed, but not active and in context. That is, this is the case here.

the buckets of the clones are the same, on page 11 of the topic "Repair of the Moulinex OW 5002 bucket" the photo is disassembled, the retaining ring was 100%, just as they say, it was either eaten with bread, or ground and mixed with carbon deposits. Today I noticed my newbie mistake when assembling the bucket, did not combine the grooves included in the mating part of the drive. The main thing in the mulinex was enough distance to catch and rotate the bucket, they ate the first bread from the repair. And the same bucket in a clone of Scrlett jumped out during kneading)). I had to reassemble, the large gasket is already barely breathing, but again it does not flow).

I bought Mystery 1202 the other day, when I was choosing - I read what programs there were, downloaded the instructions. Including I was glad that there is a Dumpling dough mode. In my old Binaton stove, the simplest of the Binaton line, there was no Unleavened Dough program, there were already more sophisticated ones, but there was more power. And now I get a stove from an Internet store and at home I find out that instead of the Pelmeni dough program (10), there is the Rye bread program. The question is: the power is the same, the stove is the same (the blade is not straight, but with a bend), but such a variation in the programs. So you can knead dumplings dough?
The Rye bread program, by the way, is so superfluous for me. In the proportion that is given in the recipe book (2 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup of rye), I always baked in Binaton on 1 program. It's not even rye, but wheat-rye. I am sure that it will work out in Mystery 1 program.

Well, the impressions of the new stove:
the oven is good, the bread came out right away. Well, of course, I have experience, but there was a big break, I baked bread in the oven for two years before I got a new oven. What pleased me: many write about the pale top. I got a completely ruddy top (medium crust). I also like that the time of all programs (basic, not short) is more than 3 hours (I believe that the longer the cooking time is, the fuller the taste). In the same Binaton program 1 - 2 hours 50 minutes. And there is almost no unpleasant smell from the new stove. Binaton, I remember, had an unpleasant smell of heated tena for a long time. I didn't notice any impurities in the corners either.
Cons:
Inconvenient fastening of the bucket, you still need to make an effort to pull it out. An ill-conceived chip with a difference in a measuring glass. I'm used to a simple proportion from Binaton: 1 glass of liquid - 3 flour. And here there is one risk for liquid, another for flour ... The beginner will get confused. I followed the kolobok. There is no hook to reach the scapula. Not that it is often needed, but sometimes the scapula gets stuck. I have left over from the old stove. Well, the recipe book is not entirely successful, yes.
