BOOK WITH RECIPES FROM THE BREADMAKER DO NOT EVEN TOUCH !!!
I WAS SPENDED A LOT OF TIME AND GOT A SEA OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS FROM COOKING BREAD AND CUPS WITH THIS MIRACLE BOOK!

Many here shared the fact of getting great bread according to the recipe:
MAYONESY BREAD (the name evokes controversial emotions ... how to call it differently ...)
I was surprised by the simplicity and amazing result !!!
Made recalculation to 750 grams.

Mayonnaise Bread
Program 1.
750gr.
The crust is medium.
Water - 170 g or ml (room temperature) * In 1 g of water, about 1 ml
Egg - 1pc (150kcal)
Mayonnaise - 75g. (470kcal)
Salt - 1.2 tsp.
Sugar - 0.75 tbsp l. (60kcal)
Vegetable oil - 0.75 tbsp l. (100kcal)
Flour / s - 420 g (1373 kcal)
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.

Total: 2153kcal per 750g = 287kcal per 100g

The recipe, taking into account the order of falling asleep in the bread machine.
With the scales, everything is clear and simple, for this I counted.
I can, of course, get confused and post pictures of each stage, with a measuring cup, for those who do not have scales ...
I used a measuring spoon for a bread machine.
Certainly 1.2 spoons as well as 0.75 - by eye

Essentially, mayonnaise is made from the same eggs, vegetable oil, mustard, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Next week, I'm changing the recipe so as not to use the purchased mayonnaise ... let's see what happens.

You have to shovel a bunch of information in order to find something for yourself!
Also, the descriptions leave much to be desired ...
As I collect a couple of three recipes, I will make a separate branch ...
And I'll put everything there.

We need to make a cupcake!

Next week, I'm changing the recipe so as not to use the purchased mayonnaise ... let's see what happens.
Be sure to lay out the recipe without using any commercial mayonnaise.
And even with a purchased one - I wonder what it will taste like.
Now I have a whole list of recipes in the queue for cooking, your recipe has been posted for the near future!

The family can't eat the bread I have made! You could have baked more often!

BOOK WITH RECIPES FROM THE BREADMAKER DO NOT EVEN TOUCH !!!
Well, we have already discussed this on another resource.
I also thought at first, and then baked bread normally according to complete recipes.
Naturally, with their own modifications. But the dosages remained those indicated in the instructions for the bread maker.
Timmon
I made a cupcake all the same, thanks Eug01 for the tip and colleagues for the recipe.
Again, I slightly corrected and brought it into my presentation format.
I already had time to try ... I promised myself to be patient until tomorrow, I couldn't ...
Tomorrow I'll go to the simulator ... so 5 days a week fitness, but with yesterday's bread and today's and tomorrow's (we'll finish eating) - a cupcake ... We'll have to use the 6th day.

Cake
Program 13.
850-900 gr.

Egg - 3 pcs. (450kcal)
Butter - 100 gr. (750kcal)
Sugar - 200 gr. (750kcal)

Timmon, but how does it taste?

I have a cupcake like this planned for the morning.
We usually bake it on weekends.

My version from recent ones:

Timmon
The taste is just super!
svetlya4ok3
Now I tried bread according to your recipe. This is the fourth bread in a row that I tried in my bread maker (I'm a beginner).Nothing comes of it. It turned out to be 6 cm high, that is, almost did not rise. But the taste is still better than the previous ones, although salt seems to me a bit too much. Strictly observing the recipe, products at room temperature, I do not open the lid during operation. What's wrong?
Timmon
Try replacing yeast ...
Did it 2 times. Both are the same result. Height under the cover. 15 centimeters ... and the taste is great.

Hello. Today I bought Mystery 1202. Standing in the corridor, resting from the cold. 10 program, now, she has "Rye Bread". Has anyone baked on this mode? Is he efficient? It starts with warming up. Thank you
Yulia74-01
People!!!! Trouble !!!! Bread maker 1206 dough mixer was lost ((((3 days of searching were unsuccessful. I called the service center - available and not available to order! Can anyone know from which bread maker the dough mixer is suitable)?
sazalexter
Yulia74-01, You can try to look for a shovel from Ariete 131 part number AT6955318000 🔗 Also Scarlett SC-401, and Orion OBM-27G. These HPs look very similar, especially Ariete 131 and Mystery 1203 Bread Makers. Most likely clones on the same mechanics, no one will say more precisely. The manufacturer, the domestic company Mystery Electronics, as I understand it, is absolutely violet on the current situation with components.
mixban
Friends, what height of white bread should be when the mode is 750 grams? I do not rise more than 11 cm. At the same time, there is a dome, the crumb is dry. But not airy and weightless. And the constant feeling that the stove does not have enough water at the beginning of the batch. For after the first five-minute kneading, dry flour is often left in the corners in quantity. Moreover, the liquid is taken, of course, by prescription. Well, the height, which I wrote about above.
sazalexter
mixban, We start looking for the reason from here #

We searched and read. The main thing is that there are no common problems in the form of a fallen roof, wet and very dense crumb. It's okay. But not tall. Or so I think that it is short. Therefore I asked. Maybe such a height for wheat bread in this mode (750 gr.) Is the norm and I shouldn't worry.

Or so I think that it is short.
Yes, mixban, the bread is too low. I have 450 g bread, 14 cm high. But I, like Sasha (and like everyone else), am sure that it’s not about the oven.

What is not in the stove, I'm sure. Thanks for answering. There is something to push off from. Today I discovered that flour is quite close to the battery. Maybe it's dry.
Sol * ka
Do you always use the same flour and yeast? I rarely change the flour, but I play with yeast and the baking is different in height. And even when there was a bread maker near the window, the bread did not rise much, then on one side it was higher than on the other.
dopleta
Sol * ka, everything is correct - both yeast and external temperature influence the result.
jostik
My stove is already the third year, of course the bucket was rubbed over the bakes well
Mar_k
I got this stove as a gift for my mother, a person who is not friendly with technology and there is nothing to complicate the menu! They brought it today! I was very pleased with the build quality and its compactness! Immediately I made a test - to bake bread from the book n1-white, but under the control of a kolobok and 1 kg!
Yes, the authors went too far with the amount of flour! Since the glass contains them (if you gently put it on with a spoon) 230 g, and if you pour it from the bag-165 g-190 g. As a result, I got 3 st -525 g, I didn't have to add extra sleep! I poured in only cheese, since the 'empty' white is not eaten!
I noticed that the principle of operation of the program differs from Mulinex! But the spatula fits - if someone suddenly loses his own, and in general the principle of assembling the bucket is the same and the parts are all similar and the bucket attachment in HP is the same!

I'm sitting waiting for the result - I'm sure it will be good if the yeast does not fail! I will test every day!
Mar_k
I baked bread today on program 2 - French bun (250 flour + whole grain 75+ rye 75 and water 300 ml + yeast 1/2 tsp). I liked this mode because the principle of making bread is similar to my HP, the last rise is 1 hour. The bread turned out to be classic - smooth, neat !!! Baked !!!

Have you compared the sizes of the buckets?
A bucket from Moulinex fits into Mystery and what brand of bread maker Moulinex?
Mar_k
jostik, no, do not fit, since I have a bucket for 2 blades - Moulinex 600230.

So I got some bread
1.on program 2 (250 w / m + 75 buckwheat and 75 g of whole grain and 300 water)

in general, I really liked the stove! For your little money, getting such a stove is great! Pravdv is not used to mixing processes for me, but it's not scary, I hope my gift will please. Yes, it's a pity to give. I baked a lot of bread, both white and gray, fed my friends - everyone really liked it!

Take the owners of Mystery 1202 into the ranks. Actually, I have Panas2502, but there was a need to buy a cheaper stove for the country house. Woolen forum, chose this model. I immediately noticed the amount of flour in a measuring glass, converted it into grams. And, oh, a miracle. It turns out that the recipes in the book are quite comparable to the recipes on the forum. Just keep in mind that 1 measuring glass is 1 cup on a glass from the set. It turned out like this:
1 cup - 120-130 grams, and a whole, to the brim, under a knife a measuring glass of sown flour - 210-230 grams.
So it's easy to count. And it turned out that Panas's recipes can also be used here. Now the first white bread is finishing baking. I'll see it in an hour, unsubscribe.
Who wants a more detailed comparison of Panasonic 2502 and this miracle, write, I will answer.
Lvenushka
The bread is baked, good.
But, hostess, a special "AH", as from Panasonic, and he, alas, did not call.
Everything in it is good, and it has risen, and the crust, and the crumb is good ... But it cannot be compared with bread from a brand friend. It tastes rather bland, and there is not enough airiness in it, if you do not try others, then, probably, I would put "5". And so - only a good "4+".
Conclusion is the most it, but for the house Panasonic is better.
Chamomile
Lvenushka,
Did you use the same recipe? For the purity of the experiment from the same ingredients and according to the same recipe.
Mar_k
Lvenushka, congratulations on the stove !!! Let it please !!! Of course, I safely removed the glass and use only scales, so anyway, it is difficult to measure flour with glasses, its orientation is not always the same, and the texture and taste of bread also depends on this !!! I liked everything!!!

Yes, but I'm happy anyway. And then the reviews are different ... Someone did not succeed from 1 time ...
Lvenushka
Thank you girls. Now I will try Panasonic recipes from the magic book of recipes. Everything is so tasty there ...
Now the parents are posting a loaf and I will try to bake bread with cheese, but I am happy with the stove, there is nothing to complain about. I'll learn to bake in it too ... So I bought the scales more precisely than mine.
And who else made gluten-free bread in it?

Marina, tell me, did you follow the kolobok? For 400 flour, you added 300 water. I got a little watery ... I added flour by hand, with a spoon ... Res-t: the roof fell through, although it's very tasty

dpy1995, take any recipe, just bookmark the products according to the instructions from our stove. First, liquid products, then dry and watch the bun. Good luck!

I can share the recipe by which I most often bake lately:
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l. (pouring on the eye)
Liquid - 300 ml (full scoop from Mystery 1204)
I take either potato broth, or mineral water, or just water.
Pressed yeast - 13 g (crumble into liquid)
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. or 1h. l. honey (in liquid with yeast)
Flour / s - 500 gr
Dry vegetable cream - 1 tbsp. l. (it is possible without them)
Salt - 1 tsp

I put everything in a bucket, choose mode # 2 (French), size - 750 g, crust - dark, delay start for 7-8 hours, press "Start" and go to bed.
In the morning I take out ready-made bread

Good evening! Photo of a loaf from the Mystery 1202 bread machine. It's sooooo tasty, and the oven itself is super too ..
vitaly alekseevich
all good day. please tell me, did anyone bake pure rye bread? what program number to use ?? I have a mystery 1206.
dopleta
vitaly alekseevich, regardless of the oven model, rye bread can be baked on the main program, on the whole grain program and on the French mode. Take your favorite recipe on the forum - and go!

Guys and girls good night! Need information about Mystery bread makers (1202, 1203, 1204) tell me how a series of these bread makers works when kneading, makes noise like Panasonic (very quiet) or like Kenwood (when Kenwood kneads, you have to turn up the volume on the TV) ?? Share the happy owners of the Mystery bread machine. And I'm also interested in the observation window, is there an internal light inside the bread machine, so that you can look at the bun without straining, like in Kenwood 450 ...
dopleta
Natashahow lucky! Here with us Tanyusha the models are the same, but my noise is louder than all other models (and I have several of them), and it turned out to be the quietest. And welcome to the forum!
Chamomile
Natalia Irkutsk, makes noise, but not to say that very, very. More annoying is its squeak, loud and repeated, when the signal is given for adding additives and at the end of the program. The window is a fiction, there is no backlighting and practically nothing is visible. But overall, the stove is good. There are no complaints, but there is nothing to compare with. She is my first and only one.
Tatiana S.
I have 1204. I'm not complaining about the noise, but when the dispenser opens, sometimes I still shudder. The kitchen is far from the bedroom, so even at night you can't hear when I put the bread with a delayed start. And with the backlight, I found a way out: I bought an LED flashlight in the Fix Price store - and no problem. I also have a Rollsen 1160, the kneading is quieter in it, there is no backlight either, but soon it has been 4 years since it serves me, and the lack of backlight does not bother me in any way. Mystery good HP, but I love Rolsen more.
