I made the dough, but it does not rise again. I think there is an error somewhere here. Yeast put the whole bag 10 gr. Kefir and other ingredients were mixed with a mixer. On the stove it turned out a little warmer than room temperature, I would say quite a bit hotter. For the first time, the dough did not stand much, now it costs 3 hours, but nothing rose ... The dough that did not turn out was very tasty, I can imagine how delicious it would be with a good dough. So what am I doing wrong ???
