  • Beat butter and sugar with a mixer, add eggs, whisking, add almonds and sifted flour, mix well. Put the mixture on the bananas with caramel. and bake in the oven.
  • It is better to bake in a thin-walled dish (mold size 20-25 cm) at a temperature of 1800C for 30-40 minutes. After the pudding is ready, it must be immediately turned onto a plate until the caramel has frozen, otherwise it will be difficult to remove it without damaging it. You can eat both hot and cold. Serve with whipped cream.

I baked this pudding both in the oven and in the MV. In the little Redmond, everything turns out fine, in the big Redmond M90 it turns out worse, it can burn, since the power is higher, and it is more difficult to remove it. In the photo, the pudding cooked in MV Redmond 01. For her I took half the dose of the recipe, baked for about 50 minutes - 1 hour. During baking, you can look into the MB when the pudding is ready, it is clear when the dough is ready. Turn immediately onto a plate.

Sanechka, sugar Muscovado is unrefined cane sugar with a high content of molasses, which gives the sugar its special texture and specific taste and aroma. Muscovado's texture resembles wet river or sea sand. There are dark and light Muscovado.
Light muscovado sugar has a less strong molasses odor. It has a warm honey color with a pleasant aftertaste of creamy dusters. Perfect for banana dishes, for making various fudge and toffee.
Dark muscovado sugar has a pronounced molasses odor and a dark brown color. Its flavor and rich color, thanks to its high molasses content, can add a touch of flavor to any culinary experiment. It is especially good for baking spicy muffins and gingerbreads, for savory marinades and sauces.

Although the recipe is light muscovado, I also baked with dark. I like him even more.
