Katyusha, I wrote a little earlier, I don't bake in butter, I don't like baking on it. There is no that fragility (friability) as on margarine. And for the price ... and if we take the spread, so that it is cheaper, then margarine is 100 times better. But! Margarine on sunflower rast. oil (as in the good old Soviet times), not palm or (even better) oil.
Rituslya
Ksyusha, so that's the same ... And with a cry of Ur, not really understanding it, I rushed to embody the idea. Ay ... I'm surprised at myself.

Devuli, and then what cream is better for eclairs to make?
Dance
Rit, it tastes like butter + condensed milk; custard; oil-brewed; "Charlotte"; cream; cream + var. condensed milk; oil-brewed with var. thick (I often do) ...
Your choice!

you can make curd cream, I really like it
Maryka
Charlotte is very high in calories, eclairs with it are heavy, but butter + condensed milk is just the thing for us (and much less fuss).
Dance
Charlotte is oily, heavy, and butter with thickening is also oily, not heavy? Both are equally heavy. Personally, I like charlottes more.
Parallel
I like cream most of all, it can be with condensed milk. and in general, it's still delicious to put salads into eclairs - just my husband should like it)

Everything is individual, Tanya. I also like charlotte for some products, but condensed milk is easier for eclairs. For my taste.

I agree about Charlotte, from oil I love only him, and besides, there is not much fuss with him. I make eclairs either it, or cream with condensed milk. Sometimes custard protein, children like it more)))).

Girls, I need advice. Kenwood KMP 771PRO. Who knows anything about her? Also, 025 and 065 (both white) are different from 020 and 060 or similar? I really like the price with them, but I heard that some models with plastic parts. I would like to know the details ...
Musenovna
Dance, but where to get it in vegetable oil ?! I think it is now all on palm or oil (oh, horror !!!), but in general, for hydrozinated fats, in general, it doesn't matter what kind of sunflower oil or palm oil.
Palm tree is not harmful by nature, hydronized harmful.
By the way, this year I lived in Sri Lanka for a month, they cook a lot there in deep fat and use palm oil, but I have never had such an unpleasant sensation and heartburn as happens when I eat deep-fried food somewhere in Moscow.

And I also like eclairs with custard with natural vanilla

Devouli, but the usual Pyshka will do something?
I'll go to the store to certainly buy everything, so as not to disgrace myself again.
My husband declassified me, so Ken now sits proudly on the countertop, winking his blue eye.
They also told me to stop wasting goods. He says we will pay off everything anyway. Look how it happens ...
And 020 left for good people.

Kanesh, know! He personally sold the first (orange) one at work. The question of the current for the 20th - did they manage to build them together in "good hands" ...? Ritulkin was also worried that she was now sitting on the tabletop next to Ken and winking with his blue eye in unison!

I'm ok.

Good day!))

Many thanks to everyone writing in this thread!
Your posts helped me make my choice.
I ordered the 020th. The bowl is too big for me, but it's a very nice price for it now.
Girls, please help me with advice. I asked this question to consultants, but did not receive an intelligible and unambiguous answer.
How far from the hob should Kesha be located to avoid damage? 15, 20 cm or more? I have two options for its location, one of which is in the immediate vicinity of the brewhouse.
adelinalina
Pasada, I, too, thought to put my Ken near the stove, but my husband says that I’m getting bored to clean the stains off him. it flies well from the plate (at least for me). But if the stove is more for beauty (many practically do not use it, they do everything in cartoons), then you can put it close

The stove is not for beauty, I cook on it. But on the side where I intended to put Kesha, I cook less often, I use one small burner, I rarely use a large one with an extension. But I do not have induction, but glass ceramics, it heats up decently. It’s not the spray that bothers me, but the proximity to the heat source.
(for some reason, I did not feel the need for a multicooker, despite the flattering reviews)

You can put a protective screen
Olga VB
070/080/090 is definitely not afraid of heating by definition, but I don't know about other series.
Look for recommendations in your passport, it is probably written there in order to protect from children and stuff ...

Thanks, good idea!
We need to think it over. Not that it is critical to place it right next to the hob, but it would be a very good option for the interior of the kitchen. I don't really like the heap of household appliances on the tabletop, but it's problematic to rush with such a weighty friend.

I will look, thanks.
They should bring it tomorrow, I am now thinking about where to define it.

I, too, do not yet see the point in it, although many here will tell me the opposite. But when there is a gas stove at home without meters, then it is more profitable to use it.

Everything is within reason I also have a gas stove, which I am very happy about
But, in the morning, steam the porridge for 30 minutes, while the eyes sleep on the go, and it is difficult to get into the pan with a spoon - that's it!
Or cook boiled meat-boiled pork without turning on the oven for 2-4 hours, or jellied meat for 1.5 hours (instead of 5 on the stove) - the same thing!

I like to cook on the stove, but depending on the situation I cook in a baby multicooker or pressure cooker, it all depends on what needs to be cooked.
My opinion - these toys are very necessary in certain situations, make life easier
kseniya D
And I was completely spoiled, and I don’t like to cook on the stove (Gas stove). I like the freedom when food is being prepared, practically without your participation, and you are doing other things.
Belka13
Exactly. Especially porridge - set in the evening - eat hot in the morning. No need to interfere, stand near the stove.
shuska
Rituslya, just now read about your oil adventures. It is a pity that the cakes did not work out on the first try (((I really indicated a link to the cooking algorithm and wrote that I take my own proven recipe (it is very similar to the recipe given by Tanya-Tantsya). For the test, I take:
flour - 140 g
margarine - 100 g
eggs - 4 pcs
salt - 1/4 tsp.
water - 200 ml
My recipe has been tested over the years, it is from an old very good book by Kengis
And the cream in custards should only be custard! With milk and vanilla! Our family doesn't recognize any other cream in these cakes. Fortunately, Kesha helps a lot with this!
Rit, try making those brownies again. With a good recipe, they will definitely work! Good luck!

I can't even imagine my life without multicooker, pressure cooker. It's almost like living without a refrigerator, washing machine, cell phone ... Maybe it's more profitable, but somehow I don't want to.

I use a milk cooker in such cases. I would buy a modern one (I was too tired of washing aluminum), but they don't sell them here, so I'm thinking of buying a saucepan with a water bath and a double boiler (like 3 pots together), while the price of 65-70 euros confuses and stops me. But on the other hand, just a saucepan also costs about 30 euros, and here it is 2 plus a steam one.

I like freedom
Well, for me a slow cooker is freedom only in that you can turn on and leave the house, come and the food is ready. and so you do everything else as usual.
Although I also began to think about the cartoon here (after hearing enough of you), my husband said enough, you already bought a dough mixer for yourself So first we study the dough mixer, and then we will see what and how
Rituslya
Devuli, I still cooked eclairs.
I took the recipe of Chadeeva Irina, where:
200 g flour
100 g butter
300 g eggs
180 g water
a pinch of salt.
The dough turned out great at first. It went well in the oven. Has risen. Easily stuffed with cream.
I tried it. I don't like it very much: strong egg smell, dryish, no softness and tenderness. Today, and in general, a biscuit.
But the cream turned out to be amazing. Remember in childhood ice cream with a rose? This is how the cream turned out.
adelinalina
Rituslya, and what cream did you use? charlotte?
By the way, and if you fill the ice cream with cream?
adelinalina
girls, can you imagine, they still haven't called me from the cooler company, most likely today the kneader won't come. I wonder when?
Masinen

Oksana, call yourself, take an interest. Although, it seems to me, usually delivery in the afternoon happens.
