Yesterday I did not make the dough correctly, since I was too lazy to heat milk, then I drove it into the cache, mixed it with yeast, waited a bit for the yeast to start working (I had it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks), and then I laid eggs and flour, and so on, then the dough was more uniform.

And then I form a ball, put it back in the cache, cover it and leave it for an hour and a half, I do a warm-up every 30 minutes. then I pull it out and roll it into a layer, then any filling at will, I made it with cottage cheese today, but I'm a little dry, in the next.
