Very tasty bread turned out. I baked with salami, leeks and Russian cheese, I also added a mixture of Italian herbs and instead of oatmeal (I ran out of it) I put barley and some bran. The bread turned out to be straight lace and very fragrant. The truth is a little salty for my taste, since the raw smoked sausage also added salt, apparently. Made in HP Scarlet and HP Maxwell. In both cases, it turned out amazingly delicious. I took smoked sausage, Russian cheese and dried onions. During the inventory at work, you will not be particularly distracted by food (I try to stick to the glass diet, which I learned about on the same site). But to drink tea with a piece of such bread - you can always improve the time. It turned out like a lazy sandwich, where nothing will fall off the bread, since everything is already in the bread, you don't even have to waste time washing your hands - I wrap each piece separately in a bag. And I hold my "sandwich" with this bag. Very comfortably! And it's also convenient to take on the road.
And what is the smell in the room when baking ...
