Hello dear bakers. I am new to baking bread. I bake only a week - but this bread is something! Tall, tasty, and the aroma around the apartment is a dump of the head ... Hell is exactly according to the recipe - it just made a difference with additives. Fried onions in the required amount of vegetable oil according to the recipe. I added 2 more tablespoons of dried red sweet pepper petals, cut the dried cheese "what's in the fridge" - grades 4 ... and replaced the dill with 3 tbsp. l fresh. I mixed it in right away - the porridge did not work out - the whole bake was in separate pieces in a loaf. Everything succeeded! Thank you very much!

It's just too salty for my taste. I put only 1 tsp. salt.
But in this case, you need to monitor it, because its yeast sticks upward with terrible force and is sometimes produced before baking begins.

And I also put all the herbs fresh - dill, parsley, green onions and garlic. Therefore, I reduce the amount of liquid a little. Well, it's difficult to buy whey from us, I dilute milk with water.

The only thing is that I overdid it with a crust. It turned out very dark on the sides. Changes in the recipe: instead of whey - milk diluted in half with water, dry yeast, instead of sunflower I took grape seed oil.
The taste is amazing !!! Reminiscent of khachapuri with cheese. While baking, my head was spinning from the smell.
