Curd cake with corn flour

Ingredients
Eggs 5 pcs
sugar 200g
melted butter 200 g
curd mass (vanilla) 400 g
milk or cream 100 ml
soda 1 tsp.
corn flour 100 g
wheat flour 100 g
FILLING:
pear or banana
chocolate or candy
Cooking method

Beat eggs with sugar, add all products for the dough (in a food processor or mixer). Grease a "hole" cake pan and a small cake pan (a lot of dough!). Pour part of the dough into the mold, chopped pear (banana) and chocolate chips (candy) on top, pour over the dough. Bake in the oven at 230C for 10 minutes, then at 180C for 40 minutes. Check with a splinter.
It tastes airy like a cake, wet and plump like a cottage cheese casserole. The crust is crunchy, the color is sunny - pleases the eye!
Mom "tasted" half of the cake and said it was with pineapples. I didn't disappoint her that there were pears.

I have not tried corn flour bought in Ramstore with cereals, but I think you can boil it beforehand or take all the wheat flour in general (or whatever you have at home: millet, oatmeal ...). Improvisation sometimes tastes better than the original ...

Cake cake! Delicious!! Beat eggs with sugar, then add flour and beat. Filled everything in HP and added the rest. I put the cupcake on the mode (in my mode 10), it mixed well and baked. Very similar to a casserole

I replaced the curd mass with cottage cheese, added more sugar, and the same amount of butter.

Made with cottage cheese, on fructose, and really could have been less butter. Baked in tins in the oven for 20 minutes. The children could not be dragged away!
