Found this recipe and decided to practice at home. In any case, you can find a bottle, we drink water on the road, but there is no funnel. Rolled it out of paper, it turned out great! The most non-friable is flour! At least shake, at least knock, I somehow poured it in. The rest passed like clockwork. Flour was poured first, the rest and liquid at the end. You must try the egg first, then the flour, then everything else. A little torment lingered below. But in general - it mixed and whipped perfectly!
And, I did half a portion per sample in a 0.5 liter bottle. I was baking in a mini-frying pan, I plan to take it with me (there will be a stove anyway).
Wonderful pancakes turned out! And literally in minutes! And if you really make the dough in the evening and in the refrigerator, then in the morning there will be pancakes for breakfast instantly!
