Anna67, Anna, good bread turns out in AF. But there are nuances. In AF, due to the constant blowing, it dries out even more than in a conventional oven. With HP there are fewer "dances", but in AF the volume is convenient. The wheat versions of the bread are easiest in AF. But you have to adjust. For additional moistening of the combined breads, you can form the workpiece with your hands soaked in water; when proofing (for any bread), cover with cling film (or put a pull-out basket in a bag); spray a little water before baking.

I don't remember how the GF has a temperature range, but on the mechanics of the redber (as opposed to electronic) it is declared from 80 degrees. I don't know why I need it, but let it be.
Well, by a combination of factors, and since a lot of money is a pity for a thing that is not so necessary in the house (there is always something to do with money, here the coffee maker just broke down, either another one or repair) ...

I baked potatoes today. Potatoes are like potatoes, like nothing better or no worse than from the oven. Well, perhaps it is more comfortable and cooler, but the second is not very important now - winter.
