I was going to make today part as "pork pieces", and part as chicken and apple cutlets ..... but the guests arrived ... and I only have three packs of chicken breasts .....
I cut half of it in layers across, like a "fish fillet" type, and the rest, like beef stroganoff, threw it into the marinade, but did not salt it .... then starch, soda, flour ...
"fish" sprinkled with vegeta, and then poured eggs, sprinkled with dill, and sprinkled "pork" instead of salt "maggi" bacon-mushrooms + onions and carrots .... it turned out not to photographs was ..... but delicious, class !!!

Luysia, it's me again. Taunting chicken breasts again today.

It began with the fact that I decided to cook them today in the airfryer.
To do this, I first stabbed the breasts with a knife, salted / pepper, added soda and then found that there was no lemon, so I extinguished it with 2 tbsp. l.dark balsamic vinegar and added starch. They marinated for about 3 hours.
I baked it on the top grill of the airfryer (before that I smeared it with a little low-fat sour cream on all sides), 200 degrees for 20 minutes (I do not set the power), turned it over once during the baking process.

Made this meat the other day. To taste, of course, not pork, but what I liked here, that the chicken did not smell like chicken, oh how !!! ... And I do not like this smell. In the morning, the husband took the remaining pieces to work, two female employees tried it and unanimously said that it was some kind of fish, but this one, they could not make out. The husband also said that the cooled meat tastes fishy.
