Girls, chicken liver turned out just superbly! - very tender (I don't even know what to compare with) .. I didn't feel any soda in it .. I marinated the liver "for the night" ... I took only half a lemon for 800 grams of liver ... Soda + lemon + starch + liver + salt - marinated perfectly in a bag, BUT roll the pieces in flour, after all, it's better and easier for me in a separate plate ... .. First I tried to pour flour into the bag and shake it - all the flour rolled / gathered in one place and the pieces of liver were not covered with flour properly ... So later once again I had to roll it all the same in a mixture of flour + crackers ...

I fried in MV (in dex) ... then I crumbled the onion again, fried it with sour cream / mayonnaise and "loaded" the onion / sour cream / liver on the stewing mode - 20 minutes ... it turned out just divinely delicious
