Chicken fillet in a creamy sauce with chanterelles

Ingredients

chicken fillet 700-800g
chanterelles 300g
cream 10% 350g
processed cheese, like Amber 100g
nutmeg on the tip of a knife
ground black pepper
salt
parsley 2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Fry the prepared chanterelles in a saucepan until light golden brown in vegetable oil. Transfer to a plate. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a saucepan, adding a little more vegetable oil. Return the chanterelles to the stewpan, Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg, Fry for 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat and pour into cream, stirring occasionally, cook for 5 minutes. Add melted cheese and chopped parsley to the sauce, keep on fire until cheese is melted.
  • The best side dish is pasta.
