Hello, I am the new owner of the Aurora. I bought it after reading your reviews. As a curious person, the crust immediately began to deal with the program. Having risked products, I authoritatively declare that the charlotte on this program is twice as large and more beautiful. It was baked completely in 70 minutes despite the huge amount of apples.

And that 50 min. little on the crust.

Few. Maybe if you do not poke into it all the remains of apples that have not been eaten during the winter, that will be enough.

And how many eggs were charlotte made?
rfnz
And they forgot to put a stick in my kit with Aurora. I can't live without her, because out of the three men in the house, all three dropped in once. If I had a stick, then maybe I would have 50 minutes. enough.

4 eggs, 2 multicooker glasses of sugar, 2 flour.

So it turned out big
rfnz
Big. Before that, I put exactly this on baking, I had to add time.
rfnz
And I also cooked pickle in a cartoon. So tasty!!! It's good that I read your reviews. As I used to suffer in the airfryer with soups. What is in the cartoon in an hour and a half is ready in the airfryer in three hours.

Is the charlotte bigger and prettier on the "crust" compared to the baking program or with the oven?

My husband does not look in, but after several very successful experiments he noticeably warmed his soul towards this thing. His soul especially liked how she baked "Vanilla bisque on boiling water".

More details? on which program and how long? and how many eggs?

More details? on which program and how long? and how many eggs?
I cook directly in a saucepan on a double boiler program, put it on for 6 minutes and take it out after 1-2 minutes of heating. You can get it right away, but then the yolk in the middle will be a little soft. I put the eggs in cold water. The yolks are yellowish, without any bloom.
Sofim
That is, the cooking time is 6 minutes + 2 minutes on heating?

Exactly. I like that it is not necessary to time the clock, but when I beeped, wait a little (I usually spin around in the kitchen anyway) and pull it out, no great precision is needed, it is audible - it has stopped seething - you can pull it out.

Steamed in a basket. Time 10 min. Thanks to the girls from the forum, otherwise I would have cooked it in a saucepan on gas.

Thank you, I cook pasta in a similar way - it will be warm and eggs
It's my pleasure . And I cook pasta on the macaroni program, and not on the steamer program ... I also like it because you don't need to timing

Oh, this is what I cook in Panas, and Aurora left for my dacha

Hello! I recently became the owner of this multicooker.
Tell me, did anyone make baked milk and fermented baked milk in Aurora? I need your advice.
The first time I put 1 liter of milk on the sample for stewing, when it boils, the milk escaped through the steam valve.
And when I put 3 liters - first on the cooking mode and made sure that it did not run away, and then switched to the stewing mode (according to the site's recipe), then the boiling process was observed - is this how it should be? The baked milk came out fine.
Then I put the baked milk on the fermented baked milk, after 25 minutes of heating with sour cream, standing for 6 hours, in the multi turned off after that, the fermented baked milk looked like curdled baked milk (according to the site's recipe).
ZS
SOS !!! Yesterday I steamed fish fillets in a basket. After 1 min. after the start of the countdown of the "Steamer" program, violent boiling began and steam with water poured through the valve. I put a rag on top. Question:
1. How much water do you fill for the double boiler mode?
2. Are there any special features for fish? (since the volume of fish is greatly reduced)
I already steamed cutlets, vegetables, eggs - everything was great.
Natashulya
Water can be poured to the very bottom division, I read that 1 glass is poured.

The watches are not exhibited on Aurora, as well as on its Russian counterpart - Lakuchin. The clock is only on Orion and on its Russian counterpart - Maruchi.

On the Orion website there is still no price for a multicooker, can anyone see it? Interesting. In Russia, the difference between Lakuchina and Maruchi is in the same two functions (parboiled rice and accelerated cooking) and the difference in price is almost 2 times. And what about their counterparts in Ukraine? Aurora can be bought for 480-500 UAH. in Internet shops, will they put a thousand on Orion?

There are prices for Orion on the official website of the manufacturer 🔗
And in Odessa, Orion appeared in only one online store and costs 719 UAH, in comparison with other online stores it seems to me a little expensive.

Good evening. I bought myself a Perfezza PR58 multicooker today. She is one to one like Aurora. I just don't know which side to approach her from. No instruction. And I want to try to cook something. I wanted pilaf for tomorrow
Help. Where to begin?

That Odessa is so bent. In the stores indicated by Orion, 560 and 576 grams, and 719 is certainly a little expensive.

yes, for everyone!
I cooked on Aurora on the cooking mode.
Fried meat, onions, carrots on the stove, I have gas - it's faster.
And I cooked the pilaf in a cartoon - it was very tasty, the rice was separated from the rice, though I made it without chickpeas, I don't have it. Then another porridge was on the heating, waiting for the family!
If you want absolutely dietary, then stew meat with vegetables on the stew, add rice and - for cooking. But then take into account the liquid if it remains when stewing the meat so that the rice is not smudged.

I have a frying function. After all, you can also fry on it? is pilaf itself already on pilaf?

tigra-tigrica, please tell me, have you already managed to compare multi from Panasonic and Aurora? Write your impressions!
I can't compare, because my Panasonic is small (I took what was) - if in volume, but in quality - Aurora's saucepan also scratches well if you forget and use your own spoon. + for Aurora - this is that she retains the program in case of a power failure, which Panasonic does not have, but it has a moisture collector, which Aurora lacks for me. And so they complement each other very well. Something is better to cook in Panas, something in Aurora.
Natashulya
Thank you!
I immediately put my own spoons in the closet so that there was no temptation. I use a wooden spoon.
Why did I ask - I went to the girls - Perfezochki, read them from beginning to end, the girls began to write that in a few months milk porridge, baked milk and, in my opinion, pastries began to stick in the saucepans.

Can I answer your question, I have both Panasonic 18 and Aurora
After purchasing Aurora, Panasonic faded into the background, I mostly cook on Aurora, and on Panasonic, only when I cook several dishes at the same time, then I turn on Panasrnik and Aurora.
The drip tray in Panasonic is more convenient, that's for sure
I like how Aurora bakes, the pies are more magnificent
But milk oatmeal in Panasonic turns out to be tastier
The saucepan is more like Aurora. I shore them, so both are in perfect condition.
It is also very convenient that both pots are suitable for both multicooker, sometimes it helps a lot, there is no need to transfer it right away, I just rearrange the saucepan with the finished dish to another multicooker, and in a clean one I immediately cook something else
Jellied meat is equally tasty in both multicooker
Love the fries in Aurora
Natashulya
natalamurr, tell us in detail how you cook jellied meat in Aurora, I want to try!

natalamurr, tell us in detail how you cook jellied meat in Aurora, I want to try!

Everything is very simple: I put the meat in, fill it with water, to the border line and put it on stewing, all night, 8-9 hours
An hour later I look in, remove the foam, throw in the onion, carrots and go to bed
In the morning I turn off (from heating), take out the meat, and add garlic salt lavrushka to the broth (by the way, it is very transparent), and cover it for infusion.
At this time, I take apart the meat, put it in tins (if small)
And I filter the broth from above, I cut the carrot figuratively and the bed on top, and that's it

And now I have more Aurora in use. Of the cereals, we only use rice and buckwheat, we don't eat milk porridge, so I can't say whether they stick or not. I also like pastries more in Aurora, but only because they are baked in 50 minutes. and in Panasonic it takes more time, but the quality is the same. Yes, even in Panasik I turned over a saucepan and a biscuit on a platter, in Aurora I have to push it away from the walls with a spatula.
Natashulya
And you try to lightly grease the saucepan with butter, and then sprinkle the bottom and sides with cookie crumbs, I take cookies in packs "Do Kawi", they crumble well, crumbly, there is always a pack in the fridge for these purposes!

I lubricate well with oil, I do not regret it. The bottom of the sides sticks, the base is normal. I sprinkled it with flour, but I don't like it. I'll try a cookie, but it won't burn?
Natashulya
nope!
I always bake charlotte on a cookie: 5-7 cookies, 2-3-4 apples and pour all this beauty with dough, I also spread the cottage cheese casserole on a cookie. Your pastries will smell nice of cookies!

The only thing that is a little annoying is the lack of a drip tray, you have to wipe everything with a rag
Otherwise, she's good! and somehow Panasonic seems too simple with its 6 programs

Is the large steam valve for moisture protection not a drip tray?

I looked through the websites of shops with prices indicated by Orion today, so the lowest is 488 UAH. On the same site, Aurora stood at UAH 464. So the price is acceptable (I didn't believe it), now there will be a stream of people arriving at the forum with the Orions.

So the prices were dropped. I also saw somewhere (I can't remember the institute of magic, but in Odessa) the price is 471 gr. This stream would have gone faster, I really want to know how she is in business.

And in what mode do you cook porridge with a delay?
Porridge on water or milk?
Thank you

Today in the morning I put with a delay of 11 hours, buckwheat porridge, 2 m. Glasses of buckwheat, 3 m. Glasses of water, salt, sl. oil, mode cooking... Now I'm trying to figure out what will come of it.

And the instructions say that there is no timer in the Cooking (Quick Cooking) mode.

Regarding the dimensions of the multicooker HxWxD 25cm x 33cm x 42cm I measured it myself with a tape measure, in a hurry, in the morning, by eye, so the dimensions will not be entirely accurate.
In the evening I put rice in the automatic cooking mode (2 mst. Rice, 3 mst. Water, 1 tsp. Salt, the rice was washed beforehand) Rice cooked well. Nothing burned.
Regarding the agony of choosing a multicooker, I will not hide, I suffered the same way as in my time with the choice of a bread machine. Perhaps I would have taken Panas, since they have been in operation for a long time, and their instructions are at their best, and I have this. But the price is 1300 UAH. for 2.5 liters. somehow it became a pity to give. And bread is baked in simple xn times three times cheaper than Panas, and interestingly everything turns out.
In our market I saw MV Aurora, looked that she looked like an Italian, (there are recipes for Italian, people do not respond very negatively. There is a service for Aurora, the price is 500 UAH) and bought it. (While we think that CF prices are going up, I don’t understand from which one .....)
So is there still a timer in the VARKA mode or not?
Did you cook pasta in MV?
Thank you
addresat
I figured out the pasta.
But with a timer.!?
Please answer, in which modes can you use the timer?
