Young cabbage in breadcrumbs

Ingredients

1-2 small heads of young cabbage
bread crumbs / nibs / bran
salt
spice

Cooking method

  • Cabbage, a whole head of cabbage, boil until tender in a large amount of boiling water or in a double boiler, or put in a plastic bag and cook in microwave for 5-10 minutes at a power of 700-800W.
  • Mix crackers (breading) with salt and spices. Cut the head of cabbage into 6-8 parts, do not cut off the stump. Roll each piece in breading and fry on all sides in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
