Snack cakes "Ldinki"

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 sachet of gelatin (Dr.Otter 10g)
200 ml of water
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
a few sprigs of dill
salt

Cooking method

  • This amount of products is enough for 12 silicone molds for small tartlets with a diameter of 4 cm and a depth of ~ 2 cm.
  • Boil eggs and chop finely. Dissolve the gelatin in a ladle and let it swell for 20 minutes. Then heat well, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Do not bring to a boil! Cool, add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and finely chopped dill.
  • Sponge the molds with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour 1 tablespoon each of the gelatin mixture, lay out the chopped eggs and top up with the gelatin mixture to the brim. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • It produces very light, cool, neutral cakes that can be served separately. Can be used as a base for tartlets and served with shrimp cream, avocado, or any other snack spread.
