Since I don't need an extra headache, I began to make this cake based on the recipe of my adored sour cream. The prescription was given to me by a roommate in the hospital 33 years ago. I still remember her with a kind word.

"Sour cream" on dry custard

glass 250 ml

For 1 cake:
1 briquette of dry custard cream (briquette weight 250g, cream without cocoa, vanilla) grate
1 glass of kefir
3/4 cup flour + 1 level teaspoon baking powder
For the second crust + 1 tablespoon of cocoa
Line a 26 cm dish with baking paper, pour out the dough and bake in the oven like a biscuit.
Cool the finished cakes completely, cut horizontally into two parts and grease with cream. Lay the cakes, alternating in color.
Cream: Beat 600 g of sour cream with 1 glass of sugar + a bag of vanilla sugar.
On top of the cake, grate a piece of chocolate or a couple of chocolates on a fine grater. Leave to soak until morning, not in the refrigerator. Cut with a wet knife.

Bake cakes, make cream. Break the cakes into small pieces. Dip each slice in cream and lay on a dish in a slide, sprinkle with raisins soaked in cognac or liqueur and chopped walnuts.
Top with glaze: 3 tablespoons. tablespoons of sugar + 3 tsp. cocoa spoons +3 table. Bring sour cream to a boil, add 50 grams of plums. oil and bring to a boil again. Fill with cooled glaze. Decorate with nuts. Leave to soak until morning, not in the refrigerator. Cut with a wet knife.

Options. The cream can be used not only sour cream. Butter, whipped with condensed milk (raw or boiled), is perfect. "Pinscher" can be of different colors. You can make it completely chocolate by adding cocoa to both cakes and to the cream. You can make it white without adding cocoa at all, you can make piebald by adding cocoa to only one cake or only to cream, and so on ...

If you have a dough failure, break the finished dough into pieces, dip in the cream and stack it on a plate. The cream is not necessarily sour cream, any! Sprinkle on top with whatever is on hand (chopped cookies, grated chocolate, any chopped nuts) or garnish with fruit. You will get a delicious cake!
