Flourless cake (for sweet tooth)

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Starch 3 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Condensed milk 1 can
Soda 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Beat eggs with starch, add condensed milk, soda. Beat again and, at the last moment, add vinegar to this mixture, mix quickly (not with a mixer). The dough turns out to be liquid, we pour it into a mold (I did it in 2 identical pans) with a layer of about 0.5 cm, bake at 180-200 until tender, we get several cakes in this way. Cool the cakes, lay them on top of each other, lubricate each with cream and leave for 2-3 hours in a cool place to soak.
  • Any cream can be: creamy, sour cream, custard ...

Note

Of all those who have tried this cake, no one has guessed that there is no flour in it!

In fact, this recipe was invented by resourceful housewives in the 60s in a closed military town, far in the taiga (I got it from my grandmother). One day, there was a supply failure and people were left without flour for the whole winter, and on New Year's Day I really wanted to pamper the children with a cake ..

Cubic, please tell me how many of this amount of ingredients are cakes?
And approximately how much is baked one batch loaded into the oven?

Till ready is too vague for me

I have 2 identical pans with a diameter of 16.5 cm, in them I bake 2 times 2 cakes = 4 cakes (I wrote 0.5 cm the thickness of the dough, but actually I make a little - a little thicker cakes - I just divide the dough into 4 equal parts).

I confess I haven't cooked this cake for a long time, so I find it difficult to give the exact time ... about 20 minutes at 190-200 degrees, they should turn golden (NOT BROWN!).
