Cottage cheese cookies with protein cream

Ingredients

glass 250 ml
Dough:
Margarine soft 200 g
Cottage cheese (fat content does not matter) 200 g
Yolks 2 pieces
Flour 2 glasses
Salt 0.5 teaspoon spoons
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Cream:
Egg whites 2 pieces
Sugar 1 glass
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking powder. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Beat cold whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until completely standing.

  • Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick into a rectangle, grease with cream, stepping back a couple of cm from the edges, roll up, cut into 3 cm thick slices, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° until golden brown.
