Ingredients
champignons 1 can
corn 1 can
onions 1 onion
mayonnaise to taste
Cooking method

Finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until the bitterness disappears, no need to fry.
Combine the cooled onion, chopped mushrooms and corn. Add mayonnaise and stir.
It is possible without mayonnaise, it is also delicious.
This is a very quick and win-win salad. Replacing corn with, for example, green peas, is possible, but it will not be so tasty.

This very simple recipe is exactly what corn is good for. I tried to make such a salad with green peas - not at all, it turns out like with potatoes, and corn gives "non-stickiness", all the pieces are separate.

I'm telling you. I liked the simplicity of preparation. I told my aunts at work. Some were skeptical about the mushroom-corn combination, but one woman made this salad that her whole family loved. Today she said that the salad is rated +5. The other aunts quickly wrote down the recipe. The recipe went to the masses.
I did it today too. The first connoisseur was my mother, rated at +5.

I always do it with ready-made mushrooms from a can, regular, not pickled. You can, of course, take raw mushrooms, cut and stew in a pan, it just takes longer than doing with ready-made ones.
