Dough:
Flour 200 g

Cooking method

  • Knead a soft dough from the specified products. Spread 2/3 of the dough with greased hands on the bottom of the dish, lined with baking paper. Roll out the remaining dough with a sausage and make sides.

  • Grease the dough with fat sour cream.

  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Cut the eggplant into rings 1 cm thick. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut into rings 1 cm thick. Put the vegetables on a baking sheet (put the bell pepper whole) and bake in the oven until golden brown (navigate by the eggplant). Do not salt vegetables!

  • Put the bell peppers hot in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, and then remove the seeds and skin. Cut the pepper into pieces at random.

  • Put the vegetables on the sour cream, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped cheese and bacon on top. Make a mesh of mayonnaise and bake at 200 ° for about 25-30 minutes.

  • The pie is delicious to eat warm.
