Ingredients

Dough:
Milk / kefir / cream / any other tasty liquid / water 75 ml - or slightly more ...
Egg 1 PC.
Fat / margarine 35 g
Yeast 2 tsp
Sunflower oil 10 g
Sugar 50 g
Flour 320-350 g
Filling:
Minced meat 220 g
Cabbage 400 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Sunflower oil for extinguishing 15 g (incomplete st. L)
Egg 1 PC.
Herbs-condiments optional
Salt, hot pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Stew the cabbage and onions in hot oil - until the color you like (some like very light, others like me, dark and even slightly burnt), cool, mix with minced meat, add a raw egg (as I understand it, for " fastening "filling in the finished cake) and, if desired, herbs, garlic.
  • Pour warm liquid into a bread maker (well, or knead it with your hands), put 1 tbsp. l flour (from the total amount), 1 tsp sugar (also from the total amount), knead the dough, while resting after the first kneading, add everything else (maybe with dry yeast, the dough method is extra body movements, but I did it like author); if the liquid is not salty, then 1 tsp of salt. Divide the finished dough 3: 2, roll out both parts, put the thicker in a mold, lay out and distribute the filling, cover with the second "pancake" of the dough, pinch thoroughly, decorate on top, make holes, let stand 20 minutes, bake. In Princess - 20 minutes from the cold, after turning off I left it for another half hour.

Recipe from the Cook website. ru, thanks to the author Jess, author's name. This time I didn't change anything, only limited myself to one egg in the filling. Well, and the decoration, unfortunately, is not my part, I just cut the top layer of dough with scissors.

Delicious, moderately wet / dry pie, and tastes like cabbage, but minced meat makes itself felt. I didn't put any seasonings, except for a pinch of hot pepper, because the smell of stewed cabbage with onions is good for me anyway. And, contrary to expectations, not heavy: the calorie content is even less than that of bread.

In a slow cooker, of course, it would have turned out notable: fluffy, tall. Another time in a slow cooker and I'll bake.

Mandraik Ludmila, no, there is just enough liquid for the dough.Then an egg, fat, sunflower oil are added to the dough, and these are all also liquids, these 175 ml will be obtained, plus the sugar will thin the dough, so the dough will not be too steep. Just when kneading dough, not 1/3 of the flour had to be put, but only 1 tbsp. l, as I wrote. Now add everything liquid at once: with dry yeast, they say, you don't need to mess around with dough at all.

I have so much volume (1 tbsp. l.) in my HP just smeared along the bottom, I had to fill it up so that the scapula would interfere with something. Well, I'll see what happens after the second batch, if something by eye is not a problem

Dough rose well. I added everything that was left according to the recipe, put it on kneading, after 12 minutes I checked it, drove my CP flour crumbs in a bucket, I had to add 50 ml of whey. after which a bun was formed, now it's worth it - it fits. Maybe my flour is dry, but it just seemed to me a little liquid .. In my usual recipe, for this amount of flour I put 2 eggs, half a glass of liquid and 40ml grows. oil .. But I love to experiment! and save

Thanks for the recipe! I’m new to you, I’m just getting used to it, I read more, I rarely write. But I'll write a couple of lines about the pie. The first time I baked in advance for guests at the dacha (the night before). By the way, I did it in a safe way, I put everything in a bucket of a bread machine according to the instructions for the oven, and the Homemade dough program did everything for me. The dough went well, it turned out to be airy, soft, very good. While the dough was being prepared, I prepared the filling. I baked in an ordinary gas oven ...
