Accordion potato

several potatoes of the same size,
thyme greens (I took dried),
vegetable oil,
salt and ground black pepper,
parsley,
green onions,
dried garlic.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Place the potato between two wooden skewers. Cut it into thin circles (the knife does not reach the end, rests on the skewers). Insert a few sprigs of thyme into the cuts. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour over with oil, salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried garlic. Cover the entire baking sheet with foil, pressing the edges tightly.
Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 1 hour. Remove the foil and place in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. redden. Sprinkle with herbs.
I baked in a glass pan.

And we had this potato today. Since there were no skewers, I chopped it in a spoon, and instead of dry garlic, it was fresh for a garlic press.
