Ingredients

warm boiled potatoes 350 BC
salted herring fillet 2 pcs.
small apple 1 PC.
loaf without crusts 100 g
milk 160 ml.
sour cream 120 g
chicken egg C1 2 pcs.
soy sauce optional 1 tbsp. l.
nutmeg taste
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
turnip onion 1 PC.
breadcrumbs 6 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
parsley 3-5 in.

Cooking method

  • Potato forshmakSoak a loaf, bun or bread without crusts in milk.
  • Potato forshmakCut the herring into small cubes.
