For the fourth time, after consulting with her mother-in-law (and she has Moulinex), she baked a delicious roll with raisins according to her recipe. Everything is fine! And she grew up and blushed and turned out delicious. The most important thing is that not with dry yeast, but with fresh yeast.
I don't understand at all how you can write 3/4 sachets in the instructions. Which one exactly? Which way out? Horror. Also, this translation is tea-tablespoons (the store gave a printout of instructions in Ukrainian)
In a word, I decided for myself that I would take proven recipes from my mother-in-law, the programs then correspond.
For those who are afraid to bake for the first time, I give a recipe that I have tested - it worked the first time.
Healthy roll with raisins.
2 eggs
150 grams of butter (melt to a creamy consistency, but so that not to liquid)
60 ml milk (not dry)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 table. tablespoons of sugar
365 grams of flour
16-17 grams of fresh yeast
100 grams of raisins

This is 750 grams, sweet program.
nuance about yeast: when you have measured out milk and sugar - put some milk and sugar in a glass, and throw yeast there. The whole bulk of milk and sugar in the form. And pour the yeast diced in milk with sugar on top of the flour.

In general, Gorenje BM900 was satisfied,
now experimenting with different recipes.
For beginners, buy a scale right away, as it is not always possible to measure ingredients accurately by eye.

This is of course for my taste. But I didn't like it completely with the mixture - it was too salty, rough and everything was somehow "too much". For 500 g of fresh yeast flour, 10 g is required.
1 tsp dry = 6 g fresh. I don’t know how to figure out whether there is a lot of yeast or not.
Also, I don't understand why it wasn't baked - maybe there was a voltage problem?
Or maybe the limit for such HP is really 450 g of flour, and not 500?

And in Goreshka - 2 full-fledged mixes and a rather big break between them. Autolysis is better, more correctly, a beautiful loaf is obtained, evenly kneaded.
And what is interesting, there is a window in both my Mula and Gorenka. But!!! in my constantly the problem of a light top. But Goreshka doesn't have this problem!
