Water 225 ml
Milk 125 ml
Sugar 40 g
Odorless vegetable oil 20 g
Eggs 1 PC.
Dry yeast 3 g (I have 1/5 of a standard pack of fresh ones)
Salt 2 g (I have 0.5 teaspoon of stone)
Soda 1 g (I have 0.5 tsp)
Saffron (optional) and vanilla stick 1 pinch (maybe just vanilla sugar)
Vanilla sauce or Bavarian cream to serve
Vegetable oil for deep fat
Citrus zest

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough for 8 minutes at medium speed. You need to develop gluten well.
