The recipes from gorenje turned out to be terrible rubbish, according to the recipe from Panasonic, a little better, but still not edible. We are thinking about returning this model to the store and choosing another one, maybe there is some trick in relation to this particular model? other ingredients ...

We take it and set it aside for a few days.After 5-7 days, we take it and turn it on, it works fine, I'm not overjoyed, but not for a long time for 5 days, then everything is repeated exactly the same. In this mode, I have been using it for half a year. Help find the reason for this operation of the bread maker and methods to eliminate such damage. I would be very grateful for your advice. The recipe in the video is as follows:
water - 270 ml.
sugar - 1.5 h / l
salt 1 h / l
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp / l
flour - 500 gr
dry yeast - 1.5 tbsp / l
I had to make adjustments to the recipe: in the process of mixing, a lot of flour remained at the edges of the form - I poured another 50 ml.
But he did not violate the order of actions.
Program 1, weight - 700 g.

We took 270 ml of water (warm), vegetable oil (olive) - 2 tbsp. l., 500 grams of flour (Makfa), salt (coarse) - 1 tsp., sugar (regular) - 1.5 tbsp. l., dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
They began to fit everything into shape. The order was a little confused. Although it is different for different authors.
We prayed and turned on. Before that, as it was said, the mold was greased with oil, and fried for 10 minutes, washed and wiped dry.
The batch has gone. Works extremely quietly. All the time they looked out the window. The gingerbread man became round before our eyes. But, the pieces of dough remained on the walls of the mold. And I remembered that in one of the videos, a young baker said that he added another 50 ml of water and all the dough rolled into a bun. And we also added water: exactly, not a drop of dough remained on the walls.
The program was taken from Basic, a loaf (Loaf) - 750 gr., A crust - medium (Medium). Baking time is 3 hours. The process was constantly monitored: the dough rose well, baking began. After three hours, we saw that the upper crust was very pale. The instructions say that baking lasts 80 minutes, and our baking mode turned on 60 minutes before the end. Then we turned on the Bake program for 10 minutes, then again for 10 minutes. And after that we saw that the crust was browned.
They took out a loaf, let it cool, cut it and tasted it. The crust is crunchy, the crumb is soft and airy, the taste is good, fresh bread. True, we were a little undersalted. We weighed a loaf - weighed 752 g.
To be honest, we did not expect at all that we would get such a wonderful bread the first time.
I recommend everyone to bake their own bread at home.
