Well, yes, I have the Cake program at number 10. And what's that for the cupcake? Then why is there not a single cupcake in the (family) recipes? Okay, thanks! We will try. Tell me, did anyone bake paskas? Where did you get the recipe, if not a secret?
senneka
I can't say anything about recipes for the bread maker. But in the annotation to program number 10, it says so - "vimishuvannya, go to that vipikannya, albeit for the foodstuff to add soda or baking powder" ... that is, your case (see the recipe above) Look at the thread here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...option=com_smf&board=87.0
As for the recipes for pasque (Easter cake), there is a sea of them on the Internet.

Hello! I am new to both the site and experience with bread makers. Bought yesterday Gorenje BW 900W Today I decided to test it. But I immediately discovered several problems.
1. The recipe book from this company contains recipes for 675, 0.9 and 1 kg 125 grams. And on the model itself only baked goods for 700 and 900 grams.

2. Okay, there are no recipes at all in Russian, I understand English. But the problem is that I have chosen the only appropriate recipe by volume. That is, 0.9 for a book = 900 for a bread machine.

But here, too, a problem arose. The recipe indicated 500 grams of flour, and 3/4 packs of dry yeast. The question immediately arose - 3 \ 4 of which pack? Well, the neighbor said add one tablespoon. I added ..... The dough came out of the bread machine, lifted the lid and everything swelled and swelled. I had to finish it from the bread machine, put it in a frying pan and bake it in the oven. It turned out beautiful bread, but very large. At least 1,500 kilograms. So how is it written there that the recipe is for 900 grams of bread, which the bread machine should bake.

In general, I am completely confused with these recipes. Help pozhadusta !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the advice. But I also found recipes for NOVAX in Russian. in my opinion they should fit, because the description of the typewriter there is more suitable for my model than in the passport of the model itself ... Yes? Honestly speaking, I don't really understand Ukrainian. I don't understand many words.

Hello everyone. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas everyone.

The question is in the topics about loaves (https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=7265.0) there is such a proposal:

Other options for baking bread according to my recipes can be viewed here:
My Bread Gallery by Admin
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...om_smf&topic=6272.new#new

but when I go to the link, they write to me that such a topic or section does not exist.
Tell me, who knows where the topic was moved?

Thank you

Good day to all! I was in Comfi today, looked at x \ n Gorenje BM 900 W (she is now at 555 grams), wanted to buy for a gift and did not buy. The instructions say that there is a "Pause" and "Backlight" function, for this there are separate buttons. The seller and I searched for them for a very long time and did not find them. Although the instruction is for this model. Does anyone in this model have these buttons?
daniel
I do not have.
I had an instruction for two models at once, maybe there is also a "footnote" for several models, like "only for the 900 abc model".
Swifta
Then which Gorenje model has the "Pause", "Backlight" and programming functions? Or at least some of these functions?
senneka
These functions are available in the Gorenje BM 900 AL bread maker.
senneka
The technical characteristics of this model are described here 🔗
senneka
You can see in detail in the instructions for the bread maker, which you can download from the manufacturer's website here 🔗

Sorry, I didn't notice what was saved as several messages.

I bought myself this silvery beauty and am not overjoyed. The first bread came out with a bang !!!! Everything turns out well, only with whole grain there was a bobble, I don't know what's the matter. And after the whole grain baked bran, everything worked out wonderfully well!

There is a backlight 🔗 and, judging by the photo and the pause button.
And, already answered, did not see ...
mussel
there is a "Pause" button, there is a backlight, but for some reason it does not work for me
senneka
There should be no problems with the use of the PAUSE and BACKLIGHT buttons. It's just that this model of the bread maker has touch control and it does not always react immediately. Yes, even before using them, the keys must be unlocked by pressing CYCLE + COLOR in sequence ... The bread machine responds with a sound, the panel displays a "key" icon when it is locked, but not when the keyboard is unlocked.
mussel
Honestly, the lack of backlighting does not bother me, the most important thing is that it bakes and does it properly. Or maybe she (the baker) does not like to be spied on
senneka
Business of course yours. But if the bakery is under warranty and something does not work, then the problem must be solved. In addition, there are benefits from these functions, in particular, you can monitor the state of the "kolobok" without opening the lid of the bread machine. Yes, and a pause may be needed if you forget something and you need to pause the process ...

Yesterday I bought it and waited for my pension! Today I am already baking the third bread ... The first two, onions, turned out fine, the cap sagged slightly. The bread came out fluffy and does not paint, as my mother-in-law says - until the dill. Now I'm baking "Pastry", let's see what happens .....

Please tell me, and what program, just, knead the dough? And then in my book and on the bread maker the numbers and names do not match - (((, if possible, write the name ... Thanks for the early ...

Thank you, I read this, but I don’t understand, on the stove 2 - FRENCH, 3 - WHOLE WHEAN, but in the instructions, vice versa ... When people write a recipe, and at the end - cook on program 2, which one should I choose? And more: "+" and "-" add time only before baking, or can you add it after the end, without turning off the oven, if it is not baked?
Thanks again for not passing by!
rinishek
Well, Duc will have to clarify - what program who had in mind?
in my HP Mulinex for example. 2nd program and not c / s and not French (I don't remember which one, to be honest, I never used it)

from my experience with HP Gorenie, I know that the best program is 3, there is the longest proofing before baking
minipro
I see .... And for the "+" and "-", you can not suggest anything? And then my wife does not allow me to engage in the method of scientific poking, she says that I, with my hands, will ruin the oven -))) ...
rinishek
+ and - this is the setting of the baking time (for the "baking" program. For example, if you only use the baking program) or delayed start - well, a timer is simply set here and that's it.

It seems to me that it’s impossible to ditch this stove, it’s so all right, so don’t let the wife press the male initiative (and then they also complain that the husband does not help with the housework!)
and by definition - well, why ruin there? the worst - you will be left without bread at the moment, but you will gain experience! and bake it as expected tomorrow!

1. Do not bother with weight. Plus or minus 50 grams, the recipe will do. That is, if the recipe is based on 650 or 750 grams per loaf, feel free to set the weight to 700 grams in the bread maker.
2. The amount of salt in the original recipe book is too high. Well, there are some mistakes. So it's better to take recipes from the forum.Yes, any recipe was suitable, regardless of the model of the bread maker - they all work according to the same principle. You can also safely take books of recipes from other bread makers. But on the forum people complain about frequent mistakes in them.
3. Try this recipe for bread. For a loaf 750 gr.:
Water - 290 ml.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 520 gr.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp
Yeast - 1 tsp (I use "Lvov")
Baking mode "Basic" or "French"

"Happy" owners of the Gorenje BM900 bread machine, I want to share my experience: 1. "Lose" the instructions for this device forever - there is no use from it. 2. Translate the types of programs from English (control panel) in order to have an idea of what she, a bread machine, can do. 3. I draw your attention to the fact that the recipes that come with this ... thing are better not to use - translation of grubs.
Karchenok
I am asking - if anyone has recipes for a bread machine without the additional use of an oven, please write (I do not have an oven), but I really want to please my husband. How many times I looked on the forums everywhere it is necessary to bake in the oven. I will be very grateful.
rinishek
Ksyusha, on page 10. (post 99) I answered where to get the instructions.
It is really better not to use the native instructions for HP burning

Karchenok, I can send you the recipes that I picked up for my mom - 1000 times tested and only for HP, will it work?

take a look at this address. They write that the instruction is in Russian. But what about the recipes - I don't know

Good day. I have this bread maker since the new year. the first bread turned out to be wonderful according to the recipe from the instructions (there are instructions in Ukrainian, but, as practice has shown, the program numbers are mixed up and the recipes are translated incorrectly). The internet has the correct instruction. I do not use any special bakery flour, but simply premium flour. But I like rye bread more.
Almost always hdeb turns out (except for very experimental ones). I'm happy with the stove. The only drawback: very faint inscriptions to the buttons and names of programs, but this is fixable - I keep a printout with the correct names nearby and check with it.
A question for more experienced users - by Easter I tried 3 recipes for Easter cake - none of them worked: one was more like a cupcake, the other got out of the bucket, hit the ten, smeared all the glass (I had to completely disassemble the lid to wash it), the third was tasty, but does not look like Easter cake.
Who exactly got a real cake on this stove, share, pliz, the recipe.

Please tell me, do you need to dilute active dry yeast with warm water before adding it to the chl-oven ???
kna3
It is not necessary to dilute dry active yeast with water, and even vice versa - pour it onto flour at the end so that it does not come into contact with water (and with salt too)
Zhenya
thank you very much!))) otherwise I bred and some bread did not work out that way (
senneka
You can dilute dry yeast with water, you can not dilute it. And in either case, the bread will turn out. The exception is that you cannot dilute it if you want to use deferred baking (set in the evening, and baked in the morning).
Bread with diluted yeast (if left to stand for more than 5 minutes) has a slight but pronounced yeast smell, but in this case the dough goes faster and better.
Zhenya
I have one more question, or rather a problem.
For the second time, the bread has a golden crust throughout the entire area, except for the top. You have to bake in the oven.
And for some reason, inside it is not porous, but very dense.
