Canapes. It is already impossible to eat, but to have a snack! )))

Ingredients

Hard cheese (I use Gouda)
Lemon
Olives
Ground coffee
Sugar

Cooking method

  • These "canapons" are very necessary during a long feast.
  • It goes well with any unsweetened alcoholic beverages.

  • Cut the hard cheese into thin long strips.
  • On a strip of cheese, put half a thin circle of peeled lemon.
  • Put the pitted olive on the lemon.
  • Roll it all up and fasten it with a canapé skewer or a toothpick.
  • I especially love these canapes with dry martini or cognac. It's also great with vodka.

  • There is an alternative for those who don't like olives.
  • In a saucer, mix good quality ground coffee and some sugar.
  • On a thin slice of cheese (about half the size of a lemon circle), put half a thin lemon circle (if the peel is not bitter, you can leave it on) and sprinkle with a coffee-sugar mixture on top.

  • Canapes. It is already impossible to eat, but to have a snack! )))

Canape "To eat It is already impossible to eat, but you need to have a snack! ")))
I recently visited the site, walked, wandered through it and came across this recipe ... and remembered ... "Nikolashka" is lemons in sugar and coffee powder ... we later called him "Evil Nikolashka", because really it should be used when it is impossible to eat, but you need to eat)))

Speak, speak ... And the words are downright magic: cognac, vodka ...
