Girls who have harvesters Bosch.Teach pliz how to make biscuit dough in a blender or as a liquid dough for muffins? I figured out the dough place, but it's not clear with the liquid dough ..
agan
In addition to the hook in Boshik, there are two more details: a volumetric whisk and such a flat whisk. So, biscuit dough can be made with both of them (maybe I'm wrong, but everything works out for me). Volumetric is intended for whipping, and flat for mixing, including making puree. I start a volumetric biscuit at 4 speeds, then 6, and then 4. If the dough is thicker, then beat the eggs with sugar by 5 with a volumetric whisk, and slowly mix the rest flat. If necessary, then I increase the speed by one.
Sindi
Anna, in my Bosch there is only a dough knife and a blender)
Daffi
Sindi, for biscuit dough you need a whisk. You will not beat the eggs with knives and a blender as required.
olala90
I want to buy a harvester, mainly for kneading dough (some budget option). I look closely at these models: Bosch MUM 4406, Bosch MUM 4855, Bosch MUM 4427. What can you say about them? Which one is better to choose? It would be better without a blender (already available). Is there enough power of 500 W for dumplings?
vernisag
I would not risk taking 500 watts, at least 900 watts.
Daffi
olala90, these combines are not suitable for dumplings - they will not pull it. That is, they will pull if forced, but better not - it's a pity for the combine. For the rest (biscuit, cake, bread, yeast, shortcake, chopped, custard, meringue, etc.) - these combines are suitable. For dumplings, bread and yeast dough, to be honest, bread makers have not come up with anything better.

For Kenwood adepts: It's about budgeting decisions.
K. Marina
Duplicate here, I wrote not where I wanted. Reading is already a complete mess in my head. The choice between Kenwood, Brown and Electrolux I look, more. Tell me correctly, I understood that if you need a meat grinder, is it better than Kenwood?
vernisag
Marina, if you need a meat grinder, then you need to buy a meat grinder, no meat grinder in the combines will replace a separate powerful meat grinder for you. In the cache, the meat grinder is so-so
K. Marina
Just creepy, I thought so. What you need to buy a mixer, blender and meat grinder and auger juicer separately? Imagine all the technique has become obsolete. There is a bread maker (kneader) and a terrible meat grinder (meat grinder) Saturn.
How is it now?
vernisag
Yes, there are two graters and juicers in the Zelmer 987.83 meat grinder, the power is good and everyone praises it.
K. Marina
Thank you. Why then buy a combine for kneading and whipping?
vernisag
Why Schaub was ALL in ONE and then sheer disappointments
Sindi
Marina, I have a Bosch 4100 combine, it does an excellent job with the function of a meat grinder, very powerful. Then I use it as a shredder all the time, it takes five minutes to ferment the cabbage, and what I really like is the function of the dough, it perfectly kneads both pies and dumplings. The main thing here is for 3 tablespoons of flour you need 1.5 tablespoons of water, and not 1 tablespoon as in the recipes, otherwise a really cool dough turns out, I've tried it many times already. Therefore, you can find a truly food processor for everything in the kitchen.
utya
Hostesses, where can I find information on the compatibility of Mulenex Odacio combines?
ksyusha1997
Girls, I don't know what topic to ask, the harvester broke down under warranty, they took it for repair, called that it was ready and there was a question - is the warranty extended after the repair? how legally? can anyone come across this problem? once they repaired the sandwich maker also under warranty, it seemed to be extended. I want to be savvy in this matter when receiving a combine.
mur_myau
ksyusha1997,
The repair is carried out free of charge an unlimited number of times during the warranty period in the centers authorized for this trademark (unless otherwise specified in the sales contract or warranty certificate).
I hear about the extension for the first time.
PS The period of the examination of the malfunction, it seems, is not included in the warranty period. I was told so. But I can't vouch for the latter.
utya
The more I choose and read, the more doubts. and it seems like I decided to buy a mum 4, but today I went into this thread and read it and I see it is better to have a meat grinder separately.
And what set of equipment is ideal if you take everything separately?
sazalexter
utya, MUM5xxx + cube and to it a Panasonic meat grinder
utya
thanks if mum 5 is no longer separately, or am I mistaken?
and a more budgetary option?
while I thought the one that I chose went up again
Girls, they've probably discussed it a thousand times, but still, help me figure it out, I compare Bosch MCM 64051 and Bosch MUM 4855. I want a comfortable high-quality car so that it looks normal on the table and grates the vegetables and whips the dough without any problems - you could knead. The husband of msm 6 advises speaking more powerful and more reliable. I was confused because I wanted an open cup. I watched the video and somehow didn’t impress me with my mom at work, maybe because I’m used to the principle of working as in msm, my whole eggs are whipped on a biscuit. and then a plastic knife for dry dough is also convenient. What do you think?

Maybe someone will be interested, I will give a comparison of the first days of using the Bosch and Brown 700 combine.
Boshik does a better job at making biscuits, with less waste than Brown. I beat the whites, then added sugar with lemon juice (for taste) ... after the peaks appeared, the yolks, crushed nuts, flour ... and at a slow speed for 30 seconds. Everything is mixed enough .... A good biscuit was baked in the slow cooker. I scraped EVERYTHING from the bowl !!! A little less than half a teaspoon of dough is left on the whisk.
In Brown, everything was whipped just fine, but the flour didn't interfere so well (not the planetary gear) ... it mixed with a spatula. It was not possible to clean everything either ... the mounting pin was not completely cleaned and the whisk too ...
I decided that the new combine would go for whipping (however, as planned), and the old Brown would be like a blender and a stirrer ...
I have had Brown for almost 8 years, but I've decided to buy a Bosch MUM 4655 (good price), because I want a combine with a planetary whipping principle. Thanks for the comparison, I suspected that there was such a difference between these models.
Daffi
Vinnitsa, I have a BOSH MUM 4655 for ten years already. You can read my quick overview if you like. 🔗... There, in principle, everything is described. If you have questions - ask. I'm always happy to help.

BOSH has 2 types of combines: MUM and MSM. The first are planetary mixers with attachments: a meat grinder, graters / shredders, a blender, a citrus juicer, dicing, etc. The second option is a bowl with knives + the same attachments: graters / shredders (they are the same for all 4 and 5 series), blender, puree attachment, dice and more.
Thanks for the tip!

I'll unsubscribe here: I bought Mum 4855 at first I got used to it, but now I'm not overjoyed, well, it's very convenient to make biscuits and creams!

and I looked after 4655, I'm waiting.

And I managed to buy AKM6290 - an extended set (Ankarsrum) a year ago ..... I'm satisfied. No questions or problems with the kneader !!!
Maikla
Hello everyone) I was puzzled by the purchase of a combine. I looked at the Bosch MCM 4000, I could not find reviews about it on the network. Maybe there is someone who really uses it? In general, in fact, you need a shredder with a large bowl and kneading "dumplings dough in 21 seconds", tired of mixing portions in a small chopper. I am also considering Philips HR 7627, it seems the same and the run-up in price is not great. What do you think of these models?
Olga VB
On KU Kesha 770 is sold at a discount, it goes to the basket, which means that delivery is possible.

I have had a compine Brown combi max 700 for many years. It has served me faithfully all these years. and to this day I am delighted with it. And while my daughter was little, he helped me out now. I even managed to grind porridge in it when the coffee grinder welled up.

The only negative, on the small bowl, at the very beginning, the O-ring was damaged. More precisely, it was not just damaged, but jumped off the bowl and ground there along with the contents of the bowl. It was unpleasant. But the impression of the combine still did not spoil. True, I practically did not use a small bowl after that. I could not replace the ring. And without it, when you turn it on, the contents are sprayed out of the bowl through the slot.

But I have been using a large bowl all these years. There are graters and whisks, which is not there. This model was very successful. I have never seen such harvesters again.
Even when I moved from home, I took only 2 things from technology: my favorite white TV and here is Brownchik. I bought the rest all over again. Although I bought a meat grinder here already the same as it was before.

I, too, at one time and this about 3 years ago, was puzzled by the purchase of a food processor. I only wanted Bosch, but with a meat grinder and a dough mixer. The choice fell on 4655 and I still do not regret it. I like how the meat grinder works: firstly, quietly, not like Moulinex, secondly, the veins are not wound, if they suddenly appear, then they are simply processed along with the meat and thirdly, if you need to roll the minced meat a second or third time (for Doctor's sausage or Amateur), then at this meat grinder it turns out that you cannot say about the other Mysteries and Moulinex. I'm very happy with the kneader, making yeast dough for pies all the time. The shredder is as good as the graters. The harvester is very good for me, although there is also a Cube 5529, but I use it less often.

Do you make the sausage yourself? Somehow I never thought that you can do it yourself. Well, I remember that in the village they made sausage, but not this. And then it became really interesting. Can you share a recipe?

Ouch me a meat grinder separately. I don't like meat grinders with grater functions and combiners with meat grinder functions. I don’t know why. Although, of course, in terms of space, it is more convenient when everything is in one.
velli
Redhead, everything is not as complicated as it seems. The whole process is well described on our website in the section "DIY homemade sausage". There you will find what you want to know about sausage and how to make it yourself. Write the search title in the upper frame and confirm with the mouse by clicking on the "magnifying glass" icon. Good luck to you.

Thank you. Now I’ll look. And then I practically do not buy sausage in the store for a long time, only occasionally in some Olivier and for pizza. But she would have done it herself.

Eh ... I came here. Devuli, please advise. There is a lot in stock.
I am facing a choice. I want to buy Boshik-Mumik. Should I get it or not?
There is a shredder from Redmond, and cutting from Filka, and a meat grinder from Red without pretensions, but it's not that.
I want a neat kneading for a biscuit, meringue, shortbread dough.
There is a mixer from Boshik, but he hardly kneads yeast dough, although he does not disgrace.
lira3003
Ritul, I have bosh 68885 msm, my sister has a mom for 22 thousand. And we are each happy with our own. We can bye
Quote: Rituslya
... Should I get it or not?
Better to wait until ripe? Aren't you considering the cache? Only Bosch?
vernisag

Should I get it or not?
Of course nat Or Boshik new, which is powerful or cache "naked" without attachments, just like a dough mixer.
I bought a cash 10 with add. nozzles and do not use them (if only by rolling for dough, sculpt manti), but beat, knead the minced meat, knead the dough or use a silicone nozzle to knead the thread, I really like
velli
Do you brush aside a good stand mixer with a rotating bowl?
vernisag

stationary mixer with rotating bowl
It's like, what is it?
Rituslya
Devuli, Kesha hurts dear. I climbed to read about him, so my eyes twitched from the price.
I would have something cheaper.
Valentine, Which one then? I have a Boschik rotating bowl mixer. Very good, but I would like to be more powerful. He kneads yeast dough, shreds more shortbread dough, and is easy to handle with pancake, but proteins, as they say, never turned out to be firm peaks.
I also have Bomann, but either he misunderstands me, or I bought a defective one.
lira3003,Ritus, how is the dough in your 68885? The whisk seemed to be in the package bundle, but there seemed to be no more dough-mixing accessories.

Rita, I also have such a combine. The dough is kneaded there with knives.
lira3003
Rituslya, in my whisk goes for whites, eggs, biscuits and pancake dough. And there are 2 knives, 1 for vegetables and meat, the second for tough dough, it is plastic. And yeast, that is, soft, I knead in HP.
In addition, our girls ordered something here, I did not try, then there is no money, then there is time. There delivery is 20 €, I think. And in general, in the spring, someone used the joint venture
Also, mine does not have a meat grinder, you can only process a small amount with a knife, but it is not very uniform, I bought a meat grinder for sausages separately.
My sister has Bosch 54251, she is happy, but now they live together, she cooks little.
lira3003
natalisha_31, of course, and I even knead the dough on some eggs, very cool. I really love my Boshiks, I bought a blender too
Rituslya
in general, I ordered the smallest mumik. For the price with all the bonuses, it turned out well. If during the night I do not dream of something new, I will buy it back.
I give the meat grinder immediately, if necessary to anyone. I won't even experiment.
lira3003
Well, share later which one you chose. I really like the mooms
Rituslya
In general, devuli, since Monday I have a little mumik 4406. He is really so small that he lives on my kitchen table. I thought that the size would still be much larger. Well, okay, but there is no need to carry it back and forth, and that's enough for me.
We kneaded dough for muffins with him, and today we kneaded the dough from 500 grams of flour and 260 grams of water. We did it very quickly.
lira3003
Congratulations on your assistant! It's great when the purchase comes to the place. Let it please!
Rituslya
Ritus, Thank you so much! I'm generally delighted. Grated a whole plate of cheese without any problems, without splashing and littering all over the table. Moreover, I'm an old bastard, I should at least read the instructions, but I'm still in the first mode, grumbling and lamenting. But I'm happy all the same!
I washed it quickly, did not cut myself off, did not hurt, which I practice with another sharp one.
What a sleek little boy I got!
I want to buy additional cuts, but I don't know which ones.
