No, well, okay! I didn't have time to master shrimati, how's that for you - a new Indian and very tempting recipe!
Omela, thank you very much, I will definitely do it! Until then, I'll bookmark it ...
Giraffe
What a beautiful photo! And what is the fat and sweetness of yogurt?
Omela
Tanya, Galya. thanks girls! Natural yogurt without additives, I don't know what fat content, like this:

I will soon be kicked out of the house, along with the scales!
Oksana, thanks for the recipe!
Does vanillin mean vanilla or vanilla sugar?
Omela
George, Thank you! Throw away the scales from sin.

Vanilla. I buy it in Indian spices, because it says "vanillin" on the bag.

Omela,
Thanks for the recipe.
Recently I have become addicted to Masala tea, now I have bought Chapatnitsa, today I will bake.
Here is a new recipe for Indian cuisine. Great, thank you.
Recently visited the Indian Spice shop for the first time, absolutely delighted.
I apologize for digressing from the topic, but what do you like to buy there the most?
Omela
Lily, thanks, Indian cuisine attracts me too. And Chapatnitsa - what's this ??

In Indian spices I buy dark sesame oil (I adore it), agar, all spices: green cardamom in boxes, pink pepper in grains, kiyan pepper and all the rest. The spices are all very aromatic there. Sesame (black + white), white flax, mung bean, bulgur, couscous. Ayurvedic face creams ... I can't remember everything right away.

Sabrina
Oksana, please stick your nose into the homemade baking powder
Thanks for the cookies, an interesting recipe, and I have no doubt that it's delicious !!!
Omela
Sabrina, thanks, we have a topic on it somewhere. I can not find. I made 1/6 part, based on this proportion:
Flour 120
Soda 50
Citric acid 30

For some reason I got a large acid, so I ground it in grinders. Then I mixed everything. Use in the same quantity as a store baking powder.

Thank you, such proportions as you write are enough for me, but there will be time, maybe I'll look for Temko. But, it’s too painful for us to have a lot of valuable information, it’s straightforward to cover

Immediately I realized that we needed an oven! And she was not mistaken. The daughter first asked - with what, she twisted her nose (and with nothing), but then I barely drove her away. Conclusion: make a double portion!
Omela
Natasha, glad you liked! My husband also ordered me to make more of these.

Omela
Irina, very nice cookies turned out! Glad you liked!
Irina.
Omela, thanks for the recipe !!! I looked at this recipe for a long time, but only today I decided to bake it. I did everything exactly according to the recipe, I used homemade yogurt. How easy it is, the food is always in the fridge, and what a delicious cookie it turned out.
Despite the late time, I could not resist and ate a piece. The son, having eaten a piece, showed. Delicious !!! So I will bake more than once.

There was no vanilla, I poured two teaspoons of vanilla sugar.
Next time you need a little more.
Well, very tasty!
But the dough turned out to be very crumbly. It was simply unrealistic to roll it onto a baking sheet.
Knead and spread with your hands. What needs to be done to make it more plastic?
Omela
Georgy, I'm glad I liked it!

Irina.
Omela, that's what I like about your recipes, because everything is just done, from simple products, but it turns out very tasty.
This recipe is my standard version. As I bake something in the oven, I will definitely bake these cookies or Zemelach cookies next https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=310674.0
My son only eats cookies from baking, so I bake for him, he has these two options in his beloved, and also oatmeal. I baked oatmeal in one day, there was a piece left, it didn't fit on one baking sheet, I can't bake a few cookies separately, so I decided to decorate "Kanhai-lal" with them.
