Ingredients

Softened butter 120 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Milk 100 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Beat the icing sugar and butter.
  • Add milk, beat again.
  • Gradually add flour and knead to a soft dough.
  • Collect the dough in a ball, put in a bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • After a lapse of time, separate the pieces from the dough and roll them into balls.
  • Dip each ball on top in sugar, place on a baking sheet lined with paper.
  • If desired, make a depression and add the filling. I have currants.

I seem to have weighed everything, but the moisture content of the flour may be different ... The time is 35 minutes, because after 30 they were still pale, and then suddenly in five minutes they became golden, darker than in your photo.
