wood chips 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • To be honest, there is no recipe, I bought these sausages in the store, but I really wanted to smoke them.
  • Smoked hot smoked, using apple chips 1 tbsp. l.
  • Smoked for 20 minutes.

Irin, thank you for your kind words. Almost all of our markets have a semi-finished product shop and sell good quality products there. It can certainly be more expensive than anywhere else, but at least there is someone to ask if something happens.

In the Wishlist there was a smokehouse next in line, but not yet, but when I saw the video, I showed it to my husband, and he heard everything from the taster's comments ... my heart trembled. He took out the hard-earned money from the stash, solemnly handed it over, just ordered it together, we are waiting. And it's so great that the purchase on Shtebu did not move, Now I know for sure that the first thing I will cook, of course, is sausages and pea soup with smoked ribs! Thank you

Thanks for the video, it inspired me to make kupat, they smoked only hot smoked for 25 minutes + 7 more minutes with the lid closed. Alder chips 1 tbsp. spoon and a pinch of apple.
