  • I weigh the persimmon, mine, if any, remove the bones and "blender" until puree. I add sugar (for 1 kg of persimmon - 0.5 kg of sugar), a packet of "Zhelfix 2: 1", put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. All. Our "quick" jam of their persimmons is ready. By the way, I really liked to add the seeds scraped from the vanilla pod, aromaaat !!!
  • P.S.The last time I put in less sugar, 1 kg. persimmons - 300 gr. Sahara. It turned out great, as for me, persimmon itself is very sweet, so you can "spoil" it with a lot of sugar ... everything said IMHO.
