Ingredients

chicken fillet 400-500 g
egg 1 PC
Hard cheese 70-100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l
Starch 3 tbsp. l.
salt taste
Pepper taste
Seasoning for chicken taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into small cubes. Beat the egg separately with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and starch with a fork so that there are no lumps. Mix the chopped fillet with this mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (you can also overnight, the longer the chicken stands, the more tender the cutlets will be). Then heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the minced meat with a spoon (one full spoon for one cutlet), fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown, turn over with a spatula. I cook a cuckoo in a pressure cooker, with the lid open on Frying, then you can put them all in the pressure cooker bowl, close the lid and warm them all together for about 3 minutes. I fry them 3 pieces per call. From this amount, 7-8 pieces are obtained.
  • I usually marinate during the day when I come to lunch, and in the evening after work I cook cutlets. You can garnish with rice or mashed potatoes, but in principle, vegetable salad is enough

There were 2 old domestic roosters and 4 legs from them.
She pulled the skin down from the legs with a stocking down, without cutting it off. She cut the meat off the legs and marinated everything according to your recipe in the evening. In the morning, I pushed all the pieces under this skin. I got very neat 4 legs with underwire.
Fried for 3 minutes on frying on both sides, splashed a little water and for 7 minutes (the roosters were very old) on a multi-cook.
For the future, I will definitely tie a thread around the skin with meat around the bone.
It turned out very nice and tasty. I would say that the taste is unusual, not like chicken meat.
