Ingredients

Fresh tomatoes 2 small plums
Peach + pear 1 \ 2 pieces
Garlic 1 clove
Bitter pepper 5-6 rings
Butter 20 grams
Fat cream 200 ml
Salt, spices taste
Dry white wine 100 ml
Green or blue cheese 70-80 grams
Fresh herbs, parsley 1 tbsp. l chopped

Cooking method

  • Baked fish with cheese

  • - mix dry white wine with cream, mix until smooth. Fill the fish with vegetables with this mixture. The cheese is salty, but nevertheless, you need to add a little salt on top.
