Cabbage soup with sauerkraut and mini dumplings (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Bulb onions 1 pc (medium)
Carrot 1 piece (small)
Sauerkraut 200-300 gr
Dumplings (mini) 250 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Greens (dill) 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Potatoes, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots
  • 2. On the "Frying" program, fry the onions and carrots until tender, add 1 -1.5 tsp. tomato paste, fry for 2 minutes. Disable the program.
  • 3. Add chopped potatoes, cabbage, mini-dumplings to the pan, add water to the desired thickness, put bay leaf. Switch on the program "Multipovar" 120C, 6-7 minutes. After the end of the program, add greens, let stand on "warming up" for 10-15 minutes. Bon Appetit.
