In St. Petersburg, there are only 10-11 liters and under 40 liters, only one Dnieper for 24 and 30, but it is comfortable. Or just order through Moscow, but I don't want to, because if anything, there will be so many problems with the return.

Girls, tell me, please, what should I put under the oven for thermal insulation?
I made a new kitchen for myself, the stove is right on the table. Previously, the stove was on a chair, and the heat on the chair had a dark stain. What to put under the stove so as not to ruin the table?

I would put a silicone mat or 4 identical coasters under the hot in the corners of the stove

And I put down the tiles. I bought two large sizes, the size just turned out. True, my oven is on the microwave, but from below it does not really heat up so much. And the same tiles are also on top, and there is a TV on them. Well, the TV set may not be entirely comfortable when the oven is working, but it suffers nothing.

Good day everyone !!!
I'll start a little from afar ... My husband and I decided to rent an apartment, and there is no oven or microwave in it. And naturally we had a question - what to buy ?? After looking through the vast expanses of the Internet, we decided to take a mini-oven. How long did we choose it - just horror This site helped a lot in choosing But finally we chose - Mini-oven DeLonghi EOB 2071 We chose it because it combines both oven and bakery, and for our rented apartment it is not very large kitchens are class !!! We also liked her appearance - she is very cute))) True, we had to wait 3 weeks for it to appear on sale at least somewhere.
And then they brought it. I unpacked it, washed it, warmed it up for the first time without anything - there was no smoke and I did not smell much either. And then I tried it - I baked the chicken wings. Everything was baked evenly, it was delicious))) The stove outside heats up quite strongly, so it is better to put it in free space - we put it on the windowsill in the kitchen - since we have wide ones. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, a little smoke came out of the door, but quite a bit. There is a light bulb inside the oven that works throughout the entire cooking time - convenient.
A couple of days later I made simple bread - so, for a test. I did everything according to the instructions. The machine kneaded and baked everything without any problems. The bread turned out to be very tasty, neat - after an hour there was no bread
She baked meat in it, made sweet pastries.
The stove suits me in everything, I can't say any complaints about it. If you have any questions - write, I will answer)))

At my dacha Delta (Turkey) - without illumination, convection, but with 2 baking trays (just for buns). Satisfied !! You can also look for Luxell - also good reviews. With convection, there is only one model in the Turbo name. At the time when I bought, they were not in Moscow.

I also bought a thermometer. Now I have two answers:
1. As without a thermometer I baked - and I continue to bake
2. Since I do not use it, it means that I need to check the readings unnecessarily.

But one question arose: why did I buy it?

If the thermometer can be dipped in water, then just boil it. If you dip it, put it in a couple of baking bags (or pieces of sleeve), insulate it well and again, put it in boiling water. Boiling water = 100 ° C.

Mine showed it too. Are there any techies among your acquaintances? Ask him for a multimeter that can measure temperature using a thermocouple. I have it, but I still won't go to buy a battery. And the measurement accuracy should be good. I have a mercury thermometer (up to 300C), but I'm afraid to stick it into the stove.

I have one without convection for 33 liters (baking sheets are easy to clean, square size 38 by 38 cm, and + round 38 cm diameter). I baked in it for about 3 years, I'm very happy. The control is simple and convenient, you can separately turn on the upper and lower shades. A convenient timer, but it does not turn off the stove. And the price is hers.
Now I have a gas oven, but I still love and use ASEL.

Thank you. It was also recommended to me on the market. We have it with convection for 40 liters 640 UAH. And not long ago I arrived from Dnepropetrovsk and there, in the hotel buffet, I also saw the Asel oven - there it does not turn off at all - it works without interruption. They also said they were happy.

Hello everyone! And everyone with the past EASTER holiday !!!! Be healthy, rich and happy !!!!!
And I recently became the happy owner of an electric oven with convection Asel AF 1223.: yahoo: First of all, they fried a chicken in it. Fast and convenient. And most importantly, you can watch the process - it weighs on my legs on the wall - it's so convenient - the light is on, everything is visible and you don't need to open the door to see what's going on there ...
In general, a dream come true ...

I have a question: during the operation of the oven, can you turn on and off the fan, change the temperature, change the operating modes of the heating elements (upper, lower or two at once)?

NatalochkaWW
Hello girls and boys! Thanks to our wonderful forum, I started with a multicooker and a bread machine, almost bought a dishwasher, and then the question arose, do I need a 4-inch gas stove 60 cm in a new headset. as a result, today there was a march through my wonderful city of Omsk. Bottom line: rolson 3025 for 3600r, Delta for 28 liters, I don't remember the model, for almost 3t, then 1005 energy for 28l for 2900r and the last thing I liked the most Ideal 35t02 for 35l, the price is 4300 but this is with two "pancakes" on top, for me promised to bring one without them and cheaper, all have convection and a grill, a spit, in the last two convection is switched on separately, the shades also work and the top and bottom are separate, the capacity is different and the baking sheets are almost the same in size, the ideal is simple. Now a question to all the respected owners of these miracle ovens, can someone tell about the Ideal ??? I don’t want to get in touch with Energy simply because it is sold in a store where they really don’t like to change non-working goods, but that’s another story ..
Omela
NatalochkaWW , I also considered the stove with "pancakes" when choosing. The collective intelligence decided that it was not convenient. First, while the oven is running, the entire oven heats up. Secondly, if you turn on everything together, then the power will not be enough for both the oven and the "pancakes". Thirdly, it is not convenient to cook in pans - they will stand high and it is necessary that there is a lot of open space on top.

Personally, I have a Delta 33l at my dacha, but it is without illumination and convection. There were many positive reviews about Rolsen!
addresat
I read somewhere that you cannot turn on pancakes and the oven at the same time.

And all the stoves probably get very hot. And then I was told when buying that they do not heat up, only the door. And mine gets very hot.
Omela
Quote: addresat

Of course .. There is even a label glued - carefully hot !!
Oca
NatalochkaWW, I saw the deltas, felt them, they were assembled soundly, but I did not find holes for convection in any of them. According to friends, they bake well even without convection. I also considered the ideal as a candidate, but I did not find information about the stove, I can not help ... I chose mine because of the large usable area of baking trays, but sometimes the height of the oven is not enough: the cake was baked in a high form on the lower level, it rose above the edge of the form and literally caught fire on the upper heating element! There was fire and smoke, and a half-hour scrubbing of a smoked oven. Having used the stove, I realized that 39 liters is good for 30 now I don't agree. The door and the top get very hot during baking, and you can easily stick your hand under the belly of the oven during operation - it's not hot, the tabletop does not deteriorate. Choose the one that looks at you
NatalochkaWW
[quote Choose the one that looks at you] [/ quote] Yes, in my opinion, the Ideal is looking at me, they will wait a little, maybe someone will write something about him ... I liked it, and the high design is so nothing, well, the functions everything that I wanted, and even promised to bring without "pancakes" ... dreams, dreams ..

The Ideal ID-45T02 steamer has a larger volume, but I was confused that the time up to 60 minutes is how?
NatalochkaWW
Time up to 60 minutes, this is the time the timer is set for, other ovens have up to 90 minutes

I baked in my oven for funeral Sunday. I set the temperature to 180 degrees + convection. They stood at my place for 35 minutes and as a result the top was ruddy, the bottom was a little ruddy, but the middle was white ... I had to bake for another 20 minutes and raise the temperature to 220 degrees. Baked pies in 400ml and 1 liter forms. So I'm thinking how to measure the temperature in the oven. Does it match the oven reading? I don’t even know what to think ...

I think that it does not correspond. I bought a thermometer for the oven by a specialist - I measured it (I wrote a little higher about the readings), precipitated and put it away. You just need to experimentally adapt to your oven. For example, I know at what temperature and at what level this or that product is now baked. And you will adapt, you can even record.
addresat
Omela, and your Delta has two baking trays - square or one round and one square? And it seems to me that your oven and my ASEL are relatives. The parameters are the same and the manufacturer is also Turkey. I looked at your table of measurements - it also seems to me that mine does not reach the temperatures set on the handle.

Can not be! At least it should have dried up after so much time ... how annoying it is when there is no way to save baked goods
Today, 8 eggs broke in my transport, so now the house is full of pies with biscuits. Lyksel fried a 35 * 25 * 4 cm biscuit in a matter of minutes - while it was spinning in the kitchen, the top was overcooked. Immediately loaded 2 baking sheets with pies - 20 minutes and you're done! After the gas oven I just don't have time to put / take out the baking sheets, so I bought additional silicone mats and organized a conveyor
Mandarinka
Omela, what is your second stove? What are you comparing the delta to?

I also really want an oven to bake bread, buns, cheesecakes, pizza, quiches and other baked goods in it. I just can't figure out what to buy!
So far, I only know that the volume is 30-40 liters, convection, lighting, so that the top and bottom work both together and separately (and preferably with convection too).

Can you advise what to buy? Rollsen, Redber or what else? And what models ...

Thanks in advance everyone!

Mandarin duck, look just above, I already wrote. Of the advantages - high-quality assembly, a hard roof (I always put something on top), good visibility, the fan is quiet, heats up quickly, all forms stand up, the baking sheet is large enough for buns. Of the relative disadvantages - convection is not turned off, sometimes (not always) at the very end I turn over the baking sheet for a more even browning. There is a ten in the form of the letter P, and where the crossbar is more blush.
NatalochkaWW
Oh, and today I found so many Deltas, 8 models and all in one store, the sellers do not know and do not want to know about convection, but in Deltas there is convection in any model?
