Soooo ... At first I read, read the topic, I thought that all the choice was made. Yeah, no matter how it is.
I wanted Rolsen for 26 liters, I read it right now until the end (there are already fresh January messages), I wanted his own current for 30 liters. I just didn't understand:
1.In Rolsen, shades are not individually included?
2. About the ten which the fan should have (someone wrote that this is the very thing) they also do not have this?
3. Is there still one baking sheet?
4. Girls, write how much this stuff weighs, if I buy it, I'll hang it on the brackets.

WhymuchkaI was interested in WHAT was baked? in the microwave? if there, then in what way: microwaves or a combined method or something else? a plate under the buns, it looks like a microwave oven (or is it a detachable bottom.)? ..
Oh, sorry, I didn't understand.
I have a 25-liter Rolsen mini-oven, and baked in it. This teflon frying pan from an old kit from the 90's is still alive and well behaved.

2. About the ten which the fan should have (someone wrote that this is the very thing) they also do not have this?
I wrote this exclusively about microwave oven with convection. Mini-stoves, in my opinion, do not have such ring shadows. There is an upper, lower shadow and a fan on the side.
I won't tell you about Rolsen, I don't know. I have Energy for 20 liters, the tens are switched on separately, the fan is a separate button.

Wasp, great choice!!!! Today I have been wooling the Internet all day and also fell for it. But we don't have it in stock. As the Turkish sellers explained to me after their earthquake, they work for themselves and there are no supplies. I chose between the Chinese Erisson and our Redber. I decided on a domestic manufacturer:
Redber EO-4290

Omela , Congratulations! the torment is over. So is this a Russian model? I didn’t know, you couldn’t tell by sight. I really like it both externally and internally, but it costs from 4 kilo rubles. And I did not find information as to whether the heating elements are turned on separately and whether convection is turned off with a button / knob. Luxel chose from poverty (I managed to spend money on AG), because something better from 3000r costs. And now he is not in stores either - they did not work on holidays, and now it is not available for order, today I called again to clarify.

it's impossible! Another option. There is a call forwarding to Domostroy. I just talked with their consultant today, he advised me the same brand, but for 55 liters! Of course I was delighted, but where to put this elephant? I rush between "a set of 2 baking sheets and a wire rack", compactness (elongation in breadth, not upward), only so that the existing baking dishes fit in and ..... and I want white

IMHO, but 55 liters is too much. Well this is how much electricity it eats with such a volume? And I suppose she's healthy.

I would be very grateful if you could tell us the letters and numbers of the models (sometimes they are written on the back of the stove), and it would also be nice to check the presence of convection holes - where are they? Having tested the "force of convection" in the airfryer, I will buy the stove only in this function.

Altusya Hi
I have a Rollsen 30L
1.the upper heating element is switched on separately, the lower one is not. For convection, the holes in the right wall above the hole under the spit and below the hole under the spit - that is, both the upper and lower levels will be blown. One baking sheet, one grate - if you bake buns or cookies, for example - you can put the second level on the grate - put, for example, a silicone sheet for baking, or what form to put on the grate - and the problem of the absence of a second pan will be solved - really no one guessed - straight such a problem was done here due to the presence of the current of one baking sheet ...
2.already answered above

3.I will not say for sure by weight - my husband put it - I did not lift it - right now I raised it by the edge - well, 3-5 kilos, not much more - straight light at all, there I gave my pictures above - in my pencil case I have an oven and below the microwave oven - here it is three times heavier - it is even difficult to lift it by the edge, and before buying a pencil case the microwave oven stood on a homemade shelf - my husband made two iron triangles, stuffed boards on them - no problem, so feel free to put the oven on the brackets. Products more than 3 kg there still cannot be shoved, so the total weight will also not be heavier than a TV or microwave
Altusya

And you look at the volume of the oven, if there are any baking dishes, choose by their size. Really find / glue an oven-sized box and it will become clear whether the internal volume of Rolsen is enough for you or not. I like this model, but a little bit cramped ... True, I want to have 2 lattices in the set, and not 2 baking sheets - I was tormented with oiled paper. Now I try to bake "in glass", I dream of a large glass baking sheet from it cookies-buns come off without any oil (flour, paper, bread crumbs, etc.) - I just tilt the mold and they slide onto the plate. I try not to think about the cost of the baking sheet.

Omela, thanks again! I wish you more delicious rolls and buns to bake!
While I have no luck with the oven ... But today I bought two Erisson table tiles (ET-113 and ET-117). They ended up with a built-in thermostat - they themselves maintain the set temperature. I don’t know if this is good or not: sometimes you need to quickly boil the water, and sometimes you just need to keep it boiling. The tiles turned out to be very "smart" for me - they work and turn off for 5-30 seconds.

Girls, I appeal to everyone who has not yet bought a stove, but really wants to. From your messages, I concluded that the assortment in Moscow has become very meager. Even more so in Minsk. But he was like that before. So I ordered in Moscow. I found people on the Internet who often travel to Moscow and bring something to order. Took 10% of the cost. When I was looking for a stove, I saw a lot of advertisements about them in Yekaterinburg, Ryazan, etc. Try to search somewhere there and bring them through someone. Maybe this will help you, than waiting for receipts and it is still unknown when ... Good luck to everyone, I understand you like no one else (I myself was in this position) ...

In the future I will buy email. a built-in oven, and now I temporarily want to buy a mini-oven, so "I'm all in thought."

GalinaM ,. Just like it was written off from me.Current is not about an apartment and a house, but about an electric oven and a mini-oven. I can say about my experience that it will not be as trouble-free in a mini-oven as in an electric oven. At least in terms of uniform heating. In the oven, I have NEVER turned the baking sheet over because one side is more fried than the other. But on the other hand, a mini-oven has its advantages: faster heating, shorter baking time, takes up less space, it is seen better, costs an order of magnitude cheaper. You just need to take a high-quality stove so that the assembly is solid. Otherwise, they are all more or less similar. How much volume do you want?
