Congratulations on your purchase! The fact that the timer is ticking is normal. In an empty room, if renovated, the ticking will definitely be stronger. There is no hum from the stove, but if the convection is turned on, then the noise will be from the fan. I don't have a lot of noise, but I do.

Thank you! I baked a turkey)) It turned out delicious, not nearly worse than in a regular oven) Yes, the convection was on) The stove does not overheat at all, bakes well) I was satisfied) The only thing, I tried to attach a spit, scratched a little, it is inconvenient to insert. And now I think, if the tray becomes unusable, where can I get a new one, the size is so peculiar (37.8 * 29.8) ??) How long does the stove serve you? Do you use it often?

I am very glad for you that you are in good terms with your stove. I recently bought my own mini-oven, but I use it in full, 3 times a day. I make different fish, meat dishes, I still take recipes from the Internet. I will adapt - then you can use it as usual. Cookies, muffins, that is, I constantly make baked goods, I cook pizza often, we love it very much. And you can look for baking trays in stores, but you put them on the wire rack. True, I had two of them in the set, and even some of mine were suitable for a mini-oven, since the trays are placed on the wire rack. And round shapes can be used. For baking trays, I cut out silicone mats (from one large one, I didn't use it anyway, it turned out to be -4 of the right size). So now you can cook tasty and clean.

So from sho, I do not write the inner diameter in the descriptions. Therefore, the question arose. That is, you can safely take a stove for 18 liters, right?
At 12.5 liters, I think the pizza oven is already too small, right?

My Delongey has a volume of 14 liters and you can simultaneously bake 2 pizzas in a mold with a diameter of 30 cm and according to the instructions, and I have already baked, everything is OK. Delongees are enlarged posteriorly, there the wall is rounded. Even Delonghi eo 12001 b 12.5 liters, according to the instructions, holds 2 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm.
Lozja, I originally took a small oven because of the pizza. He bakes well, but at the same time now I bake everything and cook in general.

It is better not to look at the volume of the stove, so as not to miss.I went shopping with a tape measure, there are 30-36 liters, but high, like a locker - there will hardly be 30 cm, but there are low ones, but wide and deep. Try to guess the "depth" of the selected stove by subtracting 3-4 cm from its outer size

I watched a video about Delonghi eo 12001 b, if the width of the face is 46 cm, then the lattice is about 32 cm wide, and about 29 cm deep (as it was possible to calculate from the video).
I remembered! It seems that I saw her in the store! Need to run away with a tape measure? I'm just planning to be in that area of the city.

DELONGHI EO 2150 electric oven, I have been using it for about 2 months. I bought it for a year in working order. Thermometer, no temperature probe yet. Kind people! Help! I don’t have the strength, time and patience to read the whole topic, but I really need advice))) Today I bought a mini-oven Redber EO-4290 - this is not a bad option, although it’s Chinese)) 42 liters, convection, grill, defrosting, heating, frying, nice design - everything in it suits me, but that's me, by the way)) Question! Tell me how to correctly reheat and, most importantly, in what dishes should you reheat food in mini-ovens? Is it very different from the principle of heating in the microwave? Is it possible to put ordinary dishes there for heating, as in microwave ovens, including plastic containers for microwave ovens? Thank you in advance for your response)))
Trendy
The principle in mini ovens and microwaves is completely different. A mini oven can be compared to an electric oven. Therefore, you can only heat and cook in metal, silicone and glass (tempered glass) dishes. The plastic will melt. The plate will also heat up when heated.
And the stove is good, get used to it gradually. I have a slightly different, but also Redber. Good luck!
JuliaShShka
Thank you very much for your prompt answer!))) I understand everything about the principle of cooking: microwaves in microwave operate in a completely different way. But I just wanted to clarify about the principle of heating (so to speak, about the very mechanism of my actions, and not the stove) I just what all this is for: Is it possible to reheat food immediately in the plate from which you will eat (to the question of laziness and the use of excess dishes) - or do you have to warm it up in a common, for example, cast-iron saucepan, and then transfer it to plates? If you can reheat in ordinary IKEA plates (they are thick enough, not fragile), even if they heat up a little, it would be an ideal option for me. Or bribe heat-resistant glass plates, what do you think?
sazalexter
Preheating in the oven is not advisable, economically and time-consuming, it's like "hammering nails with a microscope." They came up with a microwave for warming up
JuliaShShka
This is understandable, but the fact is that we live in a rented room in a hostel, we have to "cram" all the equipment into a very limited space. And since the kitchen area is already loaded, there really is nowhere to put (hang) the microwave. And the purchase of a mini-stove was necessary, since I don't want to cook in a shared kitchen, and there is no way to install a full-fledged stove with an oven either (((That is why they bought a mini-oven with a heating function. As for rationality, the question is relative: a mini-oven it heats up in a matter of seconds, its size is small, like that of a microwave, only you can cook full-fledged baked goods, and we don't pay for electricity, so it doesn't matter to us how much energy it consumes to heat it up.
Vilapo
This means that if you are not embarrassed by the fact that the plates will be hot, feel free to warm them up in them. If two people are having dinner, you do not warm them up for each separately, but in one plate, then shift. In ordinary plates, if they are not very thin, you can also reheat
Omela
YuliaShShShka, I have such a stove. I also tried to warm up at first. The plates take sooo much heat and take sooo long.I solved this issue for myself by purchasing an ordinary tabletop spiral electric cooker "Zlata" and dishes with a triple bottom. Everything heats up quickly. Or you can buy an inexpensive multicooker. Everything is fast there too.

Fast, clean, convenient! How great it will be in summer! And how I had not bought it before. I wouldn't buy some devices. Well, okay, let there be everything that is (they will only lie there). And one more thing: I do it even better without convection than with it (it does not burn, at the same temperature). I read above that convection is completely dispensed with. Now I know it is exactly so. Although when buying, I was looking for a convection oven. Convection can be needed for frying, for cooking on a spit, but I don't use this in the oven. I use AG for frying.

More than happy, especially for 2-plus thousand, for which I got it. I cannot compare, because this is my first electric oven. Often I bake in MV and AG Redbers did not like the big "pancakes" on the roof ... and it is also bulky. I might be wrong, but Redber is more tall than deep ... or not? at Mistletoe there is handsome Redber 4290 (42l. With convection), ask her The dimensions of your stove were given here Luxell Turbomy baking sheet seems to be bigger. Yesterday baked Kranz with boiled condensed milk and walnuts (30 minutes), today I just took out 2 baking trays with 24 pies (20 minutes): with meat, cherries, apples. In terms of volume, I personally think convection is a useful thing, from it the blush is smoother and the sides are not white. On two baking trays and a convection grill, we managed to bake in one go 24 large cheesecakes.
Bakes better than gas! The main thing is not to burn the rolls! On the second position from the top, 8-12 rolls are ready in 15 minutes, and this is without preheating the oven.

Do you have convection, how much is it needed?
I want to say about convection. I was looking for a stove with convection, but I am more and more convinced that it is not needed. I mostly bake everything from dough in a mini oven. Once, after buying, I baked buns with convection - they apparently dried up and turned out to be so-so. I was then a little upset in silence, but decided to try all the baked goods without convection and I really liked it. Now I bake everything without convection. Everything works out. Today I baked Buns with sprinkles from here:.
Tabletop ovens, stoves ...Tabletop ovens, stoves ...
By the way, try it, it is sooo tasty, fluffy - you will just lick your fingers! Recommend. So I think: where is convection useful? And those who buy an oven for baking from dough - it is not necessary to buy with convection, this is my opinion. And without convection, everything is baked evenly.

Well, finally, I and the stove (less than a month) were first brought in, turned out to be with a dent, taken away to change, then they called, said that there was nowhere with a spit, I was left alone without a spit, I didn't care, I took it without rotisserie DELTA-0423K. They brought it in the evening. There was nothing to test, they dried the crackers. And yesterday I made a meat pie. At the expense of convection, I also did not really understand yet whether it is necessary or not, because when the stove maintains the temperature, it turns on and off, and convection is also on and off. I think I would have done without her too.

Girls, Good Day !!!! Sorry to address you this way ... but after spending about a month on the site for choosing a mini stove, you have become so dear to me. Well, I'm with my report ... Maybe someone will come in handy.
They brought me a Rolsen 3025 oven. The adventures were not small !!! But in the end everything turned out great !!!! The manufacturer changed the model a little: now a fourth switch is added on the front panel. It turned out that the operating modes were divided separately into a button (with a lit indicator) of a spit and convection (also including a light indicator) and the oven operating mode itself. Now, not 5 modes, but 6 turned out. Added a separate operating mode for the lower shadow, which was not previously available. Convection can be turned on whenever you want. Well, this is just pleasantly pleased !!!! But.......This model is out of production !!! The next 3026 will have a capacity of 1500, not 1600 and the temperature is from 100 degrees, not from 0. To whom it is important, pay attention and buy while it is in stock. try to take an updated model with four switches.
The tests were successful !!! Nice stove for this ridiculous price !!! I took it for a summer residence, to replace the gas oven. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience !!!! Only reading this thread made the right choice. I do not trust sellers, they usually advise an expensive product. But the result is not always happy. On the site 6 years ago, I bought a bread maker. And as soon as you need to acquire equipment .... run here !!! And always win and with good results !!! My next purchase (boasting) is a Bosch kitchen machine Mum 84mr1
Once again THANK YOU ALL BIG !!!!! AND ALL THE KINEST AND BRIGHTEST TO YOU !!!!! LOVE AND PEACE TO YOUR HOME !!!!

Hello! I want to thank everyone involved in this Temka, which helped me with the choice of an electric oven. : girl_love: The stove was intended for mom, there were wishes that it baked well, medium-sized and inexpensive, otherwise it was completely tortured with gas - the top was white, and the bottom was burnt.

As a result, we ordered Asel AF0023 with timer. Production Turkey. Volume 33 liters. Delivery cost 440 UAH. Includes 1 wire rack and 2 enamelled baking trays: round and rectangular. The baking sheets are cool - nothing sticks, I baked pizza, so it just slides off them.
I really wanted to have convection, but this model does not have it. But I see that the baking is already excellent, beautiful, due to the fact that for browning, you can turn on the upper ten separately from the lower one. There is no spit for the bird, but mom doesn't need it. Generally, great stove for your money

Now about the disadvantages in my opinion:
- I wanted to bake on 2 levels at once, but somehow they didn’t get used to it (I had to look all the time so that it didn’t get burnt) - it turns out that my mother bakes high pies near the tens;
- knobs-regulators have a backlash and because of this it is not very convenient to set the parameters - but in my opinion, my mother did not complain;
- during operation (3 months) in places where steam comes out (above the door), the white stove turned yellowish. Better to take not white, then it will not be noticeable.
- outwardly, Saturns are more beautiful to me, somehow they look more modern, but, firstly, there are 1200 W, and in Asel - 1300 W, and secondly, I don't know what they have in the package and there are very few reviews.

In any case, the oven is valued for baking, and Asel does an excellent job.

Long chose for Mom (instead of a gas oven). One baking sheet, size 33 by 25 usable area, without sides. And the grill. Set any shape you want and bake. Fits well with a diameter of 26 cm. And there is a bird spit. I want to experiment. One girl wrote here that her chicken turned out to be delicious, compared to her fancy built-in oven. Volume 30 liters. Convection. Andreevna showed very well on page 20. Another interesting Delta model is the latest model with convection. But she is 11 kg, and for me it was important to be light. Rollsen weighs 5 kg. Ie cooked and removed for a while. Well, and most importantly, the temperature is from 0 to 240. You can let the dough stand for 30, and make yogurt at 38-40 grams.

Hello dear forum users !!! I want to share information with those who have a big family and those who just love a lot and delicious food!
The desire to replace the stationary gas oven with an electric one arose after the unsuccessful baking of duck on the wife's DR.But the failure happened due to the impossibility of correctly setting the temperature regime - the absence of a temperature sensor in the oven and a thermometer on the farm. And she always baked terribly - in different places in her own way, the problem of gas ovens is standard.
Since our family is large, one of the main criteria was a large displacement. But in our small town, as it turned out, the choice of electric ovens is generally small, mostly 20-30 liters. In one place they promised to bring Redber EO5290 (we call it Priorita-52GS) for 15000 tenge (3000 rubles), but they never brought it - they themselves were afraid of such a ridiculous price. But, as they say, he who seeks will always find! And I found my end-time dream !! It turned out to be the Mega MEO-90 Electric Furnace.
She has a marketing displacement of 90 liters !!! Well, the real usable volume is 60 liters. Yes, it takes up a lot of space, and weighs 13kg. But I'm not going to drag her from corner to corner, we have allocated a permanent place for her in our small kitchenette. This miracle cost us 5400 rubles. The completeness pleased us: two enameled baking trays, a wire rack, a skewer with clips, an attachment for a skewer for a kebab with 12 skewers, a two-hand holder for removing a baking sheet, a handle for a skewer.

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

Its power is not small - 2400W. For those who bake a little, probably not suitable. But for those who bake their baked goods in "small cars" in several stages, the saving of time and kilowatts will be significant.

Good luck to everyone in making the right choice !!!

Krasatulya 07,
you can ask a few questions about your stove:

1.maximum diameter of round shape. 27cm fit?
I now have Energy for 20 liters, but it has a more square shape of the grate and therefore, with such a small volume, I use molds with a diameter of 27 cm, including a clay hearth and a glass topper for bread. I have no others and I do not foresee ...

2. Does it keep the temperature accurate, haven't you checked it with an oven thermometer?

3. Is “bottom heating with convection” possible and does the thermostat work correctly in this case?
In mine, you can turn on convection with a button with one heating element (top or bottom), but the set temperature is not maintained at the same time - the heating element works without switching off and overheats (heats up to 250C regardless of the set temperature).
Why so, I do not know, perhaps the thermostat is located this way

I want to slightly increase the volume of my stove, and at the same time get rid of minor flaws, although overall I'm happy with it - she baked such a bunch of breads and muffins for me in 2 years! Convection must certainly be switched on separately, it is much more convenient!
In the Rollsen there was no such thing before, and therefore I did not even look in their direction.
Darikkz
MEGA MEO-90
1. Internal size of the baking sheet 500x300x35, wire rack - 540x350mm
2. There is nothing to measure the accuracy (until I bought a thermometer)
3. Heating elements and fan have different regulators
1 knob - off, skewer, convection, skewer + convection
2 regulator - 100, 150, 200, 250 (smooth temperature control)
3 regulator - off, upper heating element, lower, upper + lower
4th regulator - 0-60 min.
That is, you can select the mode in any combination.
Krasatulya 07
Answer for Gibus !!!
I measured the width of the lattice = 28 cm. I think your shape at 27 will fit well. The lower ten is on separately, convection is possible in any mode !!! I did not check the temperature, because there is no thermometer for the oven. But for baking, the time is kept according to the recipe. Yesterday I roasted chicken on a spit .... everything turned out great !!! at 240 degrees + skewer + convection + only upper ten. Time 60 minutes, you can 70. Whoever likes it in juiciness. I am very pleased. And in terms of temperature, you always need to adjust to your stove. And it turns out that it does not weigh 11 kg, but also somewhere around 5 kg. So the decision is yours. GOOD LUCK !!! I'm soooo happy !!!

Tabletop ovens, stoves ...

I saw the stove by chance in a store. To the seller's question: whose production? They replied that they had brought it from Russia (I myself am from Kazakhstan).
When typing in Yandex models of household appliances produced by this company, the result is 0
Maybe they are producing for their home market? Although they write about themselves that they were formed in 1993 and are confidently conquering the world market with the quality of their products.

The stove is really well made. Outside is a matte black finish, pleasant to the touch. Inside, the side and back walls are covered with rough either ceramics or enamel. I suspect it is catalytic self-cleaning.
I think that there are no official dealers of this company, and to find this stove, you need to ask directly the managers of outlets - maybe they accidentally get the goods of this company!

I really like the Bork stoves, they have 2 models. several automatic programs, different modes, heating, defrosting, grilling, etc. I would even replace it with a microwave, the functionality turns out more, you can oven.

Hello! I read more than half of the topic and wanted to ask your advice. The fact is that I have never cooked in an electric oven or mini-oven before, but only in a gas oven. Now I cook on a gas stove, but there is no oven. I thought about buying a mini oven. Criterias of choice:
1. displacement - it is necessary to prepare not only for a family of 3 people, but also in case of the arrival of guests - that is, at least 3 more people,
2. dimensions - in principle, the table top is 60 cm wide, in length I can select a section 60-70 cm wide. Or we can think of something else with my husband.
3.first of all, I want a mini-oven for cooking pizza, meat, poultry, fish (in the sleeve, on a baking sheet), and of course, pastries (pies, muffins, there is a bread machine for bread), as well as cooking in pots (5-6 pieces ).
4. modes - you want the optimal amount, so that the pies with muffins are baked and the chicken and potatoes are fried on a baking sheet.
Are there any differences in the functionality of the stoves, which model is more suitable for what?

I liked the REDBER EO-5290 model. It seems that the volume is large (52 liters), and there are many modes. But they write that convection is turned on by default. Isn't it scary for preparing various dishes? Or, nevertheless, convection is not always needed everywhere, and it is better to turn it off?
Maybe you still need to pay attention to some points when choosing a mini-stove?

Or is 52 liters too large? Maybe 42 liters will be enough for my needs in the REDBER EO-4290 model? It will be smaller in size.

I finished reading the topic. Questions to Omela and other owners of REDBER EO-4290.
I understand that a mini-oven cannot be compared to an electric oven, but how does the oven cope with baking meat, chicken, and pizza? Omela, do you cook in your oven in pots? And I'm worried that I won't adapt to the peculiarities of the U-shaped heating element. Omela, and it took you a long time to get used to your stove? She comes with some kind of instruction with recipes, so that at first there was something to be guided by, what temperature to set?

I tortured my husband that I want an oven, because in case of guests it is very convenient to bake chicken, cook meat in French, etc. I like Rolsen KW-3025 for 30 liters, but I doubt whether this volume is enough to cook for 5 adults? Please advise, maybe Rolsen is really better?
