In theory, the processor should be powered by 5V (although there are 3V). I had a datasheet for this processor somewhere. If I find it, I'll post it. Pay attention to the pins indicated by the arrows, one power pin. rst is the reset pin, it should have a supply voltage and a ground pin. Observe safety precautions and remember that there is no power supply decoupling with the mains in the stove !!!!

And yet, if the percentages are still to blame, you can, as a last chance, try to restore it, fry the soldering station with a hairdryer (some output inside the chip is badly soldered). Sometimes it helped. Or you need to rewrite the board's part number from the service manual and contact an authorized service and buy the board separately, as an option.
