I report on the cartoon. I cooked stewed potatoes. I poured everything at once: both tomato and salt. The potato should have been tough. But no, the pot turned out to be very soft and crumbly.
Kisushka
No, the lid is not removable.
The quality of the bowl looks good. The pot is heavy.
The buttons are under the coating, that is, they are not touch-sensitive, but dirt will not clog under them. Wipe it and everything is OK.
The volume is 5 liters.
Many functions for cooking rice.
I did not find the function of frying and stewing. I will have to play around with different modes.
The instruction is extremely superficial, and there is no book with rets, although now this is not a problem.
fronya40
for the second week I have been enjoying it. I cooked a bunch of the right dishes. Stewing is a function of the SOUP, fry-on-baked goods. She cooked borsch, soups, cereals, including risotto and pilaf, minced meat, pepper, stewed pork and rabbit. Stewed cabbage and squash caviar. Everything is fine. Baked a cupcake. and the second time I baked charlotte and it didn't work out ... but I think the reason is not in MV. but in baking powder. In general, I almost mastered it. Now I cook dinner and breakfasts on the timer. I am very satisfied.

He baked again (just put soda, even worse!), I wish I could figure it out! what am I doing wrong.
By the way, I bought it for 600 UAH (Liberton 05) - in the online store 🔗

Hurrah!!! I'm with little Liberton! Live it is even more beautiful than in the picture! And I really liked the saucepan!
MANY THANKS IRRIshke, for such beauty, I have a report about this mule!
Catwoman
For the sake of curiosity, I weighed a saucepan of Libertonchik, 471 g, and for Panasik-18 - 407 g. I cooked rice on the "Brown" program, took steamed rice, it turned out just fine!

I took photographs of little Liberton, suddenly they will be useful to someone.
Today I cooked buckwheat on the "Standard" program. It turned out just perfect!

No, the lid is not removable.
By the way, the lid is removable (more precisely, not a lid, but a dtsk inside, removed and washed). Honestly, I'm happy with her. But I want to buy the second one -DEX or ELBIE, I have not thought of it yet.
Pingvinus
Cat lady, wonderful cartoon.
Girls with little Liberton, please tell me how she bakes. I really like this cartoon, but highly the baking function is important. I almost made up my mind to buy, and suddenly I read in the instructions from the official Liberton website that the temperature on the "Cupcake" function is only 90 degrees, if so, then it does not bake at all.
I really look forward to your impressions of baking in this cartoon. Thank you in advance.

Post 29 on the previous page, cleverly inserted from fronya40 ... I have a question
but how did you shoot this disc (insert), you can get more details or better photos, I have it dead
Irish, maybe it meant big Liberton-05? In ours it is definitely not removed!
Catwoman
Pingvinus, fulfilled the promise! ... Yesterday I baked a manna in Liberton, it turned out great. On the baking function 2 times for 45 minutes, well, I still got baked, turned it over and for another 20 minutes so that the top was not white, although I could not have done this, so I liked the "baking" function! I cooked buckwheat for "fast" too, everything is fine, rice, soup, everything is fine. I really like the coating of the pan, it reminds me of Dex's, maybe that makes it heavy? , Yes, and degrees on baking 95. I looked specifically in the passport.

I forgot to write, I also baked and everything worked out !!!! First, I baked a manna. super. Then again a manna, but with fruit, and then .... again a manna. cut in half and smeared with custard. Why mannik all the time? because she was afraid to scare off luck. And then I made a charlotte and again great. 2 cycles each. Pumpkin with apples and raisins for baking - 2 cycles. it turned out to be awesome mashed potatoes. In general, I am not overjoyed with the purchase. And at first I was so upset ... Until I read you!
fronya40
Yesterday I stewed cabbage - super! how I did not like her (MV Liberton) and how happy I am now !!!

Today I gaze intently at little MV Liberton.
I have a question for its owners: on which program do you cook soup? Pilaf? Milk porridge?
I see 6 programs: standard, fast, porridge, steam. cupcake, brown
Most of them don't tell me anything.
I looked at this MV (precisely small) for trips and cooking small portions of food.
Help me please. understand!

I tried mine and hid mine. But there soups and stews are all boiled on PORSE (it seems) Moreover, very gentle stewing. The lid doesn't get dirty, and you know how I feel about non-removable lids, but I Doplet and the gypsy said that this pan is very similar to their Sanio, and in principle, I knew what I was taking. Considering that Sanio is a very respectable and expensive brand.

Lena Catwoman will come and tell you what exactly on which program - we took it together, in the same store. I remember that she baked in it and responded very positively.

pilaf on standard or on porridge again
milk porridge on porridge
baking - cupcake
something like this...

Very cute saucepan! Already fell in love.
It will come catwoman and from its practical point of view will tell ...

Nuuu, Catwoman is already here! Irisha said everything correctly, the soup is stewed, I haven't tried milk porridge, because they don't respect my milk. Baking - on a muffin, just a fairy tale, pilaf, buckwheat and rice for a side dish - the standard, if you need it faster - quick. If the rice is steamed, then I cook it on - brown, and even on the "muffin" yesterday I fried chicken legs, I really liked it! Although I took this saucepan for side dishes, I cook everything in it. Spoiled mine, every time give them everything new! The lid, although not removable, is always clean! The saucepan is just great! Small then, it is small, but for 4 people there is always enough cooked, even remains.
So, ask, how we can, we will help!

IrrThank you again! Every day I remember you with gratitude!

Girls, now I will torture you
I just can't understand how much I need, in a small Liberton 3 liters - they write 1 liter of a ready-made dish. And how really? How much soup can you cook in it? And the dimensions are unclear - on all sites in different ways. If it's not difficult, help me decide. And with the modes, thanks, everything is clear!

I'll go and measure with some water how much liquid is included ...

Measured it! If, as I cook, almost full, then 2.4 liters. ready-made soup, if at the top risk, then 2 liters.
My family of 4 is enough, it still remains.
In terms of dimensions, it is approximately 20 cm high, 21 cm wide and 30 cm long, it is very compact.

3 liters, this is at the very edge of the saucepan.
fronya40
I now know that in a 5 liter pan, ready borscht comes out when I pour it almost 5 liter pan.

If it is an automatic machine, then on which program do you cook milk on the timer?

On the machine 1 hour, but you can change the time from 1 hour to 4 hours, the takeoff run in minutes 10 + 10 + 10 ... or only 1+ 1+ 1 to 4 hours. I think there is a timer too, although I did not use it. Now I went to poke at the menu., Is everything correct?

I use a wooden spatula and a ladle (included with the cartoon). The saucepan is still, thank God, safe! But its quality cannot be compared to Panasonic's. Although the first cartoon I got was Panasonic, but now I cook exclusively porridge in it. But in Liberton and Dex everything else!
Elenka
I also have a scoop like Luysia... Super "spoon"!
First, for right-handers; secondly, it is so roomy that I pour the first dishes to her on a ladle. And thirdly, she is so well informed that she can be threatened, if that.
Antonella
The bean soup was a success (you don't need to cook the beans separately)! While it was cooking, we walked with toddlers. Conveniently Portia - just, otherwise I thought it would not be enough. Howling, getting used to

Lena, tell us more about Libertonchik. What do you cook, and in general.

I cook everything in it, though I have never cooked milk porridge, because for this there is Panasonic (I have it very first). The soup is wonderful, stewed, fried, baked, all sorts of side dishes. I do not use a steamer in it, because it is small and more convenient in others. I didn't cook milk in dex either. All for the same reason. Do not throw out Panasik, the old man, what he should do. I really like the "fast" program, if I need to cook a small amount of garnish I use it. I use "brown" when cooking with parboiled rice.
I like baking very much. It seems to me that Liberton is somewhat similar to Dex. The saucepan is as good as Dex's. And it's heavy. At the beginning of the topic, I weighed her, there is her weight. On the "muffin" I fried chicken legs, they also turned out great, with a crust, but not overcooked. I cook the soup on "porridge", because.my first one is eaten every 3 days and from under the stick, then this saucepan is enough for us, not even for one time.
Today I'll try to cook milk porridge, then I'll tell you.
Elenka
Catwoman, please tell me, in Liberton, what program is similar to PLOV in Panasonic? I have it the most in demand: I cook different pilafs and my favorite potatoes on pilaf.
And I also want to know if all programs are automatic. In Panas, buckwheat, pilaf and pier. porridge - automatic. I try not to open the pan (well, maybe I'll drop by sometimes). And what about this case in this saucepan?

Lena, in Liberton I open the lid on all programs, except for baking, and I cook pilaf on the "brown" program, if it is with steamed rice, and if with round rice, then on "standard". If fried potatoes, then on "muffins", if stewed, then on "porridge", the time changes to 4 hours.
Programs "Standard", "Fast", "Cupcake". "Brown" - automatic, I haven't used steaming yet, I'll write about porridge a little later, now I'm putting it on.

did not run away, but not on reprieve.

Antonella, where is the test drive?
Duc, buckwheat porridge with a delay turned out (on the water), delicious bean soup (I had to go out into the street, but the first time it’s scary to leave, it doesn’t boil or boil, it finally boiled and I left). They came from a walk, and here it is - hot, tasty, the potatoes were not boiled, the beans were cooked (they threw everything together), the little one was shaking off a whole plate. In the evening, the mannik tried to bake it - 2 times on the "muffin", at first it was wet, cooled down - it became normal, soft. I will stew cabbage for an hour, autumn has come ...
Question - how to turn on "warming up" (lasting 8 minutes)? The instructions say "select from the menu", but there is no such thing in the menu, and there is only one button for start and heating, "standard" is turned on.

I add.
Stewed cabbage - what the doctor ordered to urgently lose weight after buying a bread machine!

Lena! porridge! porridge! porridge!Multicooker Liberton LMC 03-01

Vikul, sorry, in the evening I couldn't get through to my computer! I report: I cooked the porridge in pure milk, the milk did not even try to escape, although I stood firmly near the multi and watched, after 20 minutes I ran out of patience and I opened the lid! And there my porridge is very calmly boiled for itself, quietly boiling, milk did not rise in the saucepan! I mixed it and ran away. It was necessary to drag the youngest to the music school. We returned after 1.5 hours. I opened the lid, the porridge is ready. She stood on heating for about an hour. If I had been at home, I would have turned it off earlier, but it turned out to be a bit thick. But ..... it worked out and did not try to escape from the saucepan. ... If necessary, I can post pictures, just in case I did.
fronya40
Girls, but when I bake I don't open it. And then at first I opened it and I didn't get baked goods. And on a postponement I cook everything - in the evening in the morning (to take lunch to work) - in the morning - in the evening - so that I come home from work - and here it is. This morning stewed potatoes are ready. Bean soup is waiting for me in the evening.
Elenka
On baking, even the oven is undesirable to open, and in such a mini-oven the temperature drop will easily precipitate the dough.

Catwoman, Helen, as you will be in your kitchen with a camera, click, pliz, Liberton next to Panasonic. I would like to see how much less it is.
Catwoman
Elenka69., I SHOW OFF the promised photos:
In the first photo, rice porridge with milk, the milk did not rise above the level I poured.

Lena, come on in all the details, I also love peas! Qty, time, soaked or not? And then you throw a bone and that's it!

Vika, what a bone! Everyone boils it. Nuuuu means soooo ... I took the peas, on the "eye", washed them in a cup under some water, poured them into a saucepan and poured them with boiling water, it turned out about 1: 2. I closed the lid and started the minced meat for the cutlets. The peas stood for at least 20. Then I added salt, a little butter and for "porridge" Typically 1 hour, but this is not enough, then I added one more hour, so you can set it for 2 hours at once. She opened and mixed several times. The porridge is boiled in mashed potatoes, as I love. In general, while the porridge was boiling, I fried the cutlets, made a gravy and managed to hit the road for my husband to work, because I am also a driver to my wife, take away and bring and not only children. They all cracked! Tomorrow I'll have to cook again.
Yes, the peas were not whole, but in halves.

and do not open the cover. At first, nothing worked for me either. And in one cycle it does not have time to bake.

the first thing I got is a manna.
Semolina - 1 tbsp. (faceted)
Sour cream or kefir - 1 tbsp. (faceted)
Melted butter (or margarine) - 150g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. (faceted)
Garden, extinguished. vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
Flour - 1 tbsp. (faceted)
Apple or dried fruit (optional)

Pour the semolina with sour cream or kefir (I took generally sour milk) and let it stand for 1 hour. Add melted butter or margarine, eggs, sugar, soda slaked with vinegar, flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. You can stir in an apple or dried fruit (I did without them). Grease a MV saucepan, pour out the dough and smooth. Program "KEKS" 2 cycles. When finished, open the lid of the MB, take out the saucepan and let cool.Transfer to a dish, sprinkle with sakh. powder.
