Sesame, flax and pumpkin pretzels

Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Water 250 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. + 1 tsp
Sl. oil 30 g
Compressed yeast 20 g
Milk 50 ml
Flax seed 2 tbsp. l.
Sesame 2 tbsp. l.
Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in 50 ml of warm milk, add 1 tsp. sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix all the seeds together from the resulting quantity 2/3 goes into the dough, the rest is for powder. Then we put all the ingredients in the bread maker and put it on the dough for me for 30 minutes. kneading and 1 hour proofing, I used a batch of 30 minutes. and 15 minutes. proofing, then take out the dough from the bread maker and sculpt pretzels, and spread on a baking sheet, grease with milk on top and sprinkle with the remaining seeds. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes. at 200 C.
