Pork fried in soy sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Pork 500g
Soy sauce 50-70 ml
Onion 1 PC
Garlic 1 clove
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l.
Sugar or honey (honey is better, but in the cuckoo the way we will cook it can burn a little) 1 tbsp. l.
Sesame 1 tbsp. l.
Oil grows 1-2 tbsp. l.
Starch 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • We turn on the Oven mode 3 level, 1 minute.
  • Pour in oil, put a little sesame in the oil, fry until a pleasant smell of garlic appears. Take out the garlic, add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey or sugar, bring to a boil and forcibly turn off the program.
  • Cut the meat into thin long strips, roll the meat in starch, so that each piece is covered with starch
  • We select the Oven mode 1-2 level, time 1 minute, put the meat in the bowl, close the lid.
  • At the end of the time, open the cuckoo, shake the bowl as if stirring the meat, add the onion cut in half rings.
  • We select the Multi-cook 120 degrees mode for 1-2 minutes. At the end of the program, sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix and leave on the heating for 15 minutes.
  • Pork fried in soy sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Note

Better, of course, to do such pork with pineapple, but .... I have it today.
Served with rice noodles, but not glass, but which goes for cook si.

Thank you Try it, cook it, mine really like this kind of meat. You can cook it perfectly in a frying pan, it's just more convenient for me in MV. And I really respect this noodles.

Thanks for the recipe, delicious! Instead of juice, I used rice vinegar and a little more sauce. I didn't have rice noodles, I made it with spaghetti - it turned out no worse! After cooking, put it directly into the pan and stew it for a couple of minutes with the meat.

... cooked in a Panasonic multicooker.
Can you give more details?
Rusya
shuska, of course it is possible! But, I won't tell you exactly by the minute, because I did not pay attention to it.
The "baking" mode, time 40 minutes (I generally love this combination of baking-40 minutes, I cook a lot on it), the oil warmed up, added garlic with sesame seeds, 5 minutes passed, it began to smell good of garlic and it became soft, I took it out. Added soy sauce, lim. juice, honey - boiled (this is all very quickly, so I advise that all the ingredients are ready and measured) added the meat in starch and forgot about it for 15-20 minutes. Then I opened the lid, mixed it so that it would not burn, it would have fried a little more. When 5 minutes remained until the end of the program, I added onions. The program ended, added sesame seeds, closed the lid and left on the heating for 10-15 minutes. All. As you can see, everything is very approximate.

Rusya, thank you very much The principle is clear, but the technology and time will probably have to be adjusted, since my multicooker fries rather weakly (tested empirically)
But thanks anyway
Rusya
TanyulyaThanks again for the recipe! I experimented a little with it today. I love universal recipes that can be taken as a basis. So this one is just that. Instead of pork, I took chicken fillet, instead of lemon juice - balsamic vinegar, and I didn't find sesame at home. It turned out very tasty! The chicken is very soft and tender. There was buckwheat as a side dish. The children licked off the plates in an instant.

It is better to do this not in the oven, but on the stove in a saucepan, I have adapted this from the multicooker
