At least I found something! I bought my mom a multicooker today, and now we are wondering how much and in what mode to cook. We cooked buckwheat with inspection, that is, we had to add water a couple of times using the "Fast cooking" mode. But how the multicooker will behave with cereals that climb over the top (peas, oatmeal, white rice). And then everyone with such a question starts for health, and ends with a description of their own recipe, but there is no answer as such.

and my husband for my birthday. gave such a cartoon
the oatmeal is simply delicious - like baked milk, I also cooked corn porridge - it's a fairy tale
And how much water was poured, if not a secret? And I bought it for my mother, because her oatmeal all the time runs off to the stove, and then will the foam go through the valve? That is, I am asking what mode to cook and how much water should I pour?
As I understand it, you will have to experimentally and by typing everything to cook?

Hello everybody ! And I have a Daewoo DI-9545 today Viconte vc-600 has been preparing me wonderful dishes for 1.5 years, and continues to delight me.But I wanted something new, the choice fell on this model, since it is an analogue of Dex dmc-50 and Morphy Richards, in other words, this is the same cartoon, only the Daewoo sticker on it, was still waiting for them to appear on the Russian market, and (hurray!), Delivered. I have already begun to experiment, I cook soup - borscht. I will unsubscribe on the results.
tapsberg
True analogue? Thank you! I did not find information about this multicooker on the Internet, I read about analogues. Have you tried to cook porridge in it yet? And then I was embarrassed by the lack of the Porridge button, but I seemed to cook rice normally at the Stew yesterday.
Vivian
tapsberg, though to be more precise, I haven't tried to cook a copy of Porridge yet, I haven't had time yet, at home I have only 3 hours of borscht cooking at the moment) I found a video like this, though, in my opinion, it was already posted in the topic about Dex

Thank you! I read about analogues so far. As far as I understand, the bowls are identical there, can you buy the bowls of these companies on occasion?
It will be easier to order a bowl from Daewoo, since Dex and Morphy Richards are not supplied to the Russian market. In my opinion, there were no complaints about the quality of the covered Dex bowl, the saucepan is very serious

p.s. borscht turned out very tasty cartoon pleased Tomorrow I will continue my experiments.
tapsberg
I put milk porridge from whole oats in a ratio of 1: 5 (half milk and water) overnight for Stewing, cooked for 5 hours, there were no attempts to escape, the lid was clean.
tapsberg
Vivian, can you tell me whether you cooked borsch in Soup or another mode? If on Soup, is there the same strong boil as they write about the DEX-50 or not? Is there a need to monitor the soup or can you safely leave it unattended? I already baked three biscuits and one casserole, two biscuits were not baked absolutely, but there I had jambs with the preparation of the dough, and I made the third biscuit strictly according to the recipe, everything was baked well, the casserole was also flawless, otherwise I read about DEX that Many have problems with cottage cheese baking, so they had to bake a casserole at night, until the morning I would not fall asleep otherwise.
As for the saucepan, the stars formed so much that I got a ceramic saucepan in the kit, I really want to believe that everything will be fine with it.
Vivian
tapsberg, I see, you are already mastering the whole cartoon borscht, I cooked on the "Soup" mode, then the lid had to be washed, because it boils very much.In Temka about Dex, they advised me to cook soups on the "Stew" mode, I think that on such a sparing mode, the cartoon can be left unattended. The spouse was cooking pilaf in Deushka the other day, I somehow didn’t really like rice, apparently already a year ago I ate too much Yesterday I tested the "Baking" mode, baked a biscuit for the "Chocolate on boiling water" cake, I found a recipe on this forum, everything was baked perfectly The cake, for my taste, turned out to be very cloying, although I already put in 2 times less sugar than indicated in the recipe, but my husband liked it. I think nothing will happen to your saucepan, the main thing is to handle it carefully. I have a Teflon coating, the saucepan is heavy compared to the bowl from MV Visconte. I immediately bought a silicone spatula so as not to leave scratches with plastic.

Vivian, thanks for the answer! Yes, I try to study the multicooker as soon as possible, until I can find a mode for milk porridge, it is still a bit too much to cook for Stew, I will try it on Heating (I also read it in Dexe). And there is no time to do the soup yet. The first multicooker had less power, nothing burned there and never ran away, but here you have to look after. Now the boiled pork (or whatever happens) is being prepared.
tapsberg
I had a Daewoo DMC-150 multicooker, very good, everything worked out great in it, nothing burned and did not run away. After six months of use, the cover of the saucepan was swollen, bubbles appeared, and I took it to the store where I bought it. In the store she was sent to the service, the service said that the bubbles are the result of mechanical action (that is, I "inflated" them myself), they immediately said that it was impossible to buy another pan. The store employees wanted to buy me a saucepan at their own expense, but none of the phone numbers listed on the site answer, the hotline phone also does not answer, I also called the indicated phones, but no one answered me once. As a result, the store kindly handed me a saucepan from another Daewoo DMC-150 multicooker and now, as it were, again with my favorite multicooker, but I bought exactly the same for my parents, and for myself, after I gave this one for repair, I bought Daewoo Electronics DI -9545. Now I have three multicooker for which it is impossible to purchase new pots. Thanks to the store for helping with at least one multicooker (they said that they would no longer order goods from this company, since this is the first time they meet such an attitude towards customers). Daewoo Electronics-. Three friends who wanted the same multicooker will now take Brand.
P.S. I console myself with the hope that maybe at least someone knows what can be picked up from pots of other companies to these multicooker? And now it's scary to use them.

Hello everybody! I bought a multicooker DEO-150./200. URGENTLY!!! Help me figure it out-there are functions-diet dish-steam-porridge / soup. Husband after the hospital, on what mode to stew beef and how? I ask for a quick answer.
tapsberg
For stewing, I used the Diet dish function, I just put in food, if necessary, added water and stewed it.

I think it is better to stew the beef on the Porridge / Soup program. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, you don't need to add water - the meat will let the juice out, turn on "Porridge / soup" (by default 2 hours). I think the meat will be ready. If not, try this program again or Diet Meal (about 30 min.)
zlata1
Thank you all very much! What's the default? What to push?
tapsberg
By default, this means the program is designed for 2 hours, click on Porridge / soup, it will cook for 2 hours.
zlata1
SoS! turned on - all the buttons are on, it's not a damn thing, what to do?

You probably have a blinking "Cook" button? This means that the multicooker is connected to the network, but no program is yet on.If you press "Porridge / Soup", THIS button will burn red, then THIS program is turned on and started working.
zlata1
I'm shocked - all the indicators are red, the timer is green. When you press the soup button, nothing changes. WHAT IS IT???
elly1
Try unplugging it, let it stand for 10 minutes, then plug it back in. Only the "Cooking" button should flash. If not, it may be faulty, then contact the store where you bought it. If it has not passed 2 weeks from the date of purchase, they must exchange.
zlata1
Turned off, turned on, all the buttons are on.
elly1
I don’t understand, are they all burning together or one by one?
zlata1
They all burn at once! The instruction is horror - everything about rice and three leaves - you will not understand anything. So annoying. I brought her (I am seriously ill and my husband after the operation) - there was such a scandal at home. And it still doesn't work properly. Horror.
tapsberg
Have you checked it in the store when you buy it? If they checked and everything was in order, then perhaps she behaves like this after the street? It will warm up and everything will be fine (although there is no cold weather, of course).
elly1
Zlata? don't be discouraged, this is a technique. But, in general, Daewoo multicooker is reliable and good. Temperature conditions are very precisely adjusted. It is indispensable for dietary nutrition. Change it to another and cook with pleasure.
zlata1
IT has not been tested, but now it will have to be taken back. And it's hard for me. It's unpleasant. And the instructions are all about rice. Something she didn't like me. Interestingly, for another you can change with an additional charge. Thank you all - you helped me a lot.

The other day I decided to experiment and baked pancakes in a cartoon, so to speak, on a dry "frying pan", because I can't get fat and fried. I post pictures:

I bought a multicooker Polaris! Who tried to use it?
Lingy
Girls, hello! You are warm and cozy. Take to the company. I was presented with a Daewoo multicooker, now I play with it every day. So far, I like to cook broths in it. Like a tear, but a taste! Even the chicken soup broth, which had to be cooked on the stove for 3-4 hours on the "soup" program, boiled wonderfully. I stewed cabbage according to the recipe that was here - also very tasty. The pilaf did not work, it turned out to be a kindergarten rice porridge with meat. An adult child was delighted, a small one too, I liked it, my husband was grimacing, but ate. Now I want to ask questions to experienced users. Fry on which program? Something on "steam" is barely extinguished. It seemed to me that this is the most "hot" program. And further. I plan to take MV on vacation to Crimea. We are going together with the baby. At the beginning of Temka I read that MV is just a salvation. And you can throw in recipes for second courses, especially the proportions and programs on which everything was prepared. So I don't want to stand at the stove in the summer ... I looked at different recipes, they mainly cook on the "pilaf" program, but in other MVs the program itself turns off when there is not enough water, but what about ours? replace the program "porridge / soup" and watch all the time? Sorry, probably chaotic, but I'm still a "very beginner user", and I really don't want to be disappointed.
Lingy
And yet, I also want to ask. There is a recipe for baked milk on the forum. "Set 2 liters of ordinary milk to the" stewing "mode for 6 hours, then hold it for 3 hours on" heating. "How can this recipe be adjusted to this MV? Turn on the" porridge / soup "mode 3 times? In this model, is this the longest program? I dropped in today, when I was cooking the broth in this mode, it seems to boil, even gurgles a little, the milk can probably run away. maybe it's not a very hot mode, please tell me.
tapsberg
I'm just going to cook baked milk in a Daewoo-150, if something works out, I'll tell you. Milk from this multicooker never ran away.
Lingy
Yes, really, there is no excitement in Temko ... I cooked brown porridge in MV. On the "cooking" mode in a proportion of 1 part of cereal - 3 parts of water. It worked well. Loose, tasty. And I made zucchini caviar on the "Porridge / soup" mode. This is just super! They ground everything in one sitting.
Knyazyuk
Someone can suggest: is it possible to set your own cooking time in this multicooker. (not a delay, but the fact that if the automatic program is set to cook for 1 hour, and I want to do 45 minutes) is it possible?
Lingy
As far as I understand, this multicooker does not have such a function, the programs are all by default, so you need to turn them off yourself when you see fit.
La77
Hello everyone!
Yesterday we bought this multicooker
I have been thinking about buying this device for a long time, even when Panasonic were just there, but
because I understood that I would not cook anything special in it, the price frightened me off.
And DAEWOO 150 suited me very much both in price and in size, it is very convenient (as already mentioned here) to take on trips, cook for children. Outwardly, I also really liked
Laughed at the recipe book Although of course it's not very fun, the recipes will have to be selected empirically ...
Here, no one has written how much water and time is needed, for example, to cook pasta ...
In general, while we tried to cook only corn porridge (not enough water was poured), and I liked it quite well, porridge in the morning
(Whoever cooked corn in a saucepan will understand
Now I put the turkey to stew, the mode is again porridge / soup (apparently most of the dishes will have to be cooked in this mode)
I was very surprised by the completely silent cooking
Girls, boys, does anyone use recipes for other multicooker? Perhaps it?

Can I have a recipe for squash caviar? I'd like to try it. I somehow did it in a saucepan, very tasty, like in cans, but you have to mess around for a long time.
And buckwheat really turns out in such a proportion? So buckwheat always needs less water at the station. cereals 2 water, so it's surprising where does the water go
Lingy
Hello! I think that the water is absorbed, the porridge turns out to be crumbly. Now I do it by eye. I fill up the washed cereal, pour in water so that it is about one and a half centimeters or two higher, I salt and add a piece of oil. Sometimes at first I fry meat with onions and carrots in the "steam" mode, and then everything is the same - cereals, water. Porridge with meat is obtained, only the meat needs to be taken tender or first stew separately. This I for myself as a "marching" option identified, I am going to take MV with me to the Crimea, because I am going with a small child.
Lingy
And I do the squash caviar like this: in the "steam" mode I fry (it can be conventionally called that, just this mode is the hottest) in a small amount of vegetable oil a finely chopped large onion, while the onion is fried, I clean and rub a large or 2 small carrots, fry with onions, then add large red peppers (chopped, of course), 2-3 small tomatoes without skin, a few cloves of garlic and 2-3 medium zucchini. Salt and pepper all this, mix well and turn on the "porridge / * soup" mode. When everything is ready, beat with a blender, add salt and add a little sugar if the tomatoes are sour. Eat to your health!
Lingy
And as a result, in what proportions was corn porridge cooked? The child loves her, and I rarely cook her.
La77
Thanks for the recipe I will definitely try
And then I cooked the porridge from the rest of the cereal, there was in the glass at around 80, about 4 times more water.
But I will pour more water.
By the way, I digested the turkey (but the child is fine, soft, you don't need to chew
too long for her porridge / soup mode, I will try on cooking.

6 hours is on languor, for such a time on stewing you will get drying oil instead of milk. For example, in Dexa, both 50m and 60m away, baked milk is cooked on the languor.
You can try stewing, though.
Lingy
Yes, the baked milk turned out to be very thick, and it also burnt. I think you can try the "diet meal" mode, maybe this mode is similar to languor? only the 40-minute mode works, how many times you have to turn it on In short, I don’t want to experiment with milk, but it doesn’t work in the "porridge / soup" mode. Here.
La77
Girls, did anyone cook stew? Vegetables, for example, if you put everything at once, cook evenly, there is nothing boiled over?

And what is your slow cooker ??? Mine does not have such a regime.
By the way, I cooked the stew 2 times. And these are the conclusions
In the Cooking mode, the potatoes were almost cooked, I had to turn it on again and control the cooking.
On the Porridge / Soup mode, the zucchini are overcooked, also not suitable ...
that is, the stew cannot be loaded and left, it must be controlled.
All the same, this slow cooker really lacks the ability to cook with a given time.
Buying now, I would look for another not expensive multicooker, with this function ...
