Loved the rice from the multi
On the stove to cook like this, you need to make an effort, and even then not every type of rice will work.
And to see prices super! and without any effort
Lingy
I absolutely agree with you. Alas, some functions are missing in this model of the multicooker and there is nothing to replace them with. And I have the same story with stew, but I liked it with boiled zucchini, it turned out to be a very tasty sauce.
And you can about rice in more detail, mode, proportions. I got rice porridge, almost completely smeared.
La77
And with rice everything is quite simple
I read the instructions
1 dimensional st. pour the rice with water in accordance with the scale markings on the multicooker pan (for 1 tbsp. the scale is 1)
and all on the Cooking mode.

Hello everyone !
We became the owners of the Daewoo 200, we try))) The potatoes in the double boiler turned out well right away, but the frozen vegetables in the "cooking" mode is somehow not very good, I had to make an omelet with vegetables for lunch)))) The omelet turned out the first time on the same mode, as soon as the saucepan warmed up - poured half of the morning vegetables into it and brought it "to condition" ... There is only one question - you can somehow get it out of the multicooker))))

We supplement the report in half a day - we made a curd casserole with raisins, just on the "cooking" mode, the bottom turned out to be fried, and just turned it over ... It was baked normally.
Now we are making chicken and onions .....))))
In general - the feeling that with experience you can cook 60-80% of the dishes and the everyday menu.
In terms of the quality of the multicooker itself - probably as with any inexpensive piece of iron, how lucky)))))

I take out the bowl, cover it with a flat dish and turn it over. Voila, and scrambled eggs / pie / casserole on a plate

I would have fried the chicken a little on the "Steam" mode, and then added a little water and put it on the "Porridge-Soup" mode. Well, in the middle of cooking, open it, add the salt and spices.

I'm cooking a chicken, oh, but tell me what kind of white container with holes it is, it's not even in the instructions. Girls, but what mode can Charlotte be cooked on? thank you in advance )

A container with holes is a double boiler
Charlotte and other pastries can be cooked in Steam mode. In our case, this is the hottest setting and is a suitable alternative to the missing Roasting and Baking modes.
True, sometimes you have to put it twice in a row.

innaell, thanks for the answer !!! Only about the steamer I didn't quite understand how to use it, I can't figure it out, we put it in it, and pour water? in the pan? and also these spoons are included, they can be interfered with in the pan, in the sense that they do not scratch its surface?

Yes, we pour a little water into the bowl, put vegetables into the "white with holes", for example, and put everything in a multicooker. Turn on the Steam mode and get steamed vegetables.
If suddenly there is not enough water, the cartoon will automatically turn off.
I tried to cook vegetables and fish like that, it turns out pretty well. The main thing is not to forget to salt before eating.

The spoons from the kit are just designed not to scratch the coating.
The coating, alas, does not last forever, and no one has ever seen spare bowls for this model on sale. So contact carefully. And then my children poured an iron spoon a couple of times like this, made scratches, now the baking sticks, you have to grease the bowl, like an ordinary iron mold
innaell
And for the second week I torture the multicooker for days on the subject of conservation
So cute! I throw in the sliced apples to the brim, add sugar, put on the Porridge / Soup program and go to clean the next portion. If you want the jam thicker, then in 15-20 minutes. when it is clearly boiling in the cartoon, you can remove the valve so that the excess liquid evaporates.
And then just pack up in jars and you're done! From a 5 liter full bowl of chopped apples, I get somewhere 2 - 2.5 liters of thick jam.
The main thing is that you do not need to stand near the stove to steam in such heat and nothing burns

By the way, I have now experimented with a bunch of apple recipes, maybe someone will come in handy, just the season.
After the second dozen cans of ordinary apple jam, I wanted variety.
I started looking for all possible combinations of apples with other products and experimenting, adjusting recipes to fit my realities
As a result, I already closed apple jam with the following combinations:
  • Apples + orange
  • Apples + lemon + dried apricots
  • Apples + lemon + ginger + cinnamon + cloves
  • Apples + orange + cinnamon + vanilla
  • Apples + lemon + orange + cinnamon + cloves
  • Apples + lemon + ginger + cardamom + cloves + nutmeg + cinnamon

The spices were basically all the usual ones, in dry form from bags, only whole cloves. And she did not put oranges and lemons whole, but only squeezed out the juice and rubbed the top layer of the zest on a grater (this is how the color and aroma are obtained).
I added spices and citrus fruits at the very end of cooking, when the apples had already become soft, and then boiled for another 10 minutes.

And I just came across a forum on the topic where a girl from Kiev sells 5-liter bowls for multicooker.

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=171457.0

The girl wrote down the dimensions, I compared them with my Daewoo DMC-200, they seem to coincide, plus or minus a millimeter. But it's still scary to buy at random

And there are no Kiev women among the owners of such a model in our branch? Maybe someone wants to buy an extra cup and have the opportunity to try it on?
Knyazyuk
I would like to know if anyone has a 3-liter stainless steel bowl for Daewoo? When working with such a bowl, it seemed to me that the multi case heats up more than with the native one.

What is your Daewoo model? I tried to experiment with pork in my DMC-200, then it takes too long to cook until it is soft. Therefore, I make it easier - first, I fry the meat in a pan until half cooked (at the same time, the excess fat from the pork will go away), and then it will be used for cereal-vegetables in the cartoon I add. If for stewed potatoes, then you can throw in the Porridge-Soup mode. It is just long and not seething
Well, or if you still throw everything raw, then, probably, it is better to first cook everything on the hot mode Steam to cook the meat faster (this will be about an hour automatically), and then add to the Porridge-Soup.
daje
Yes, this particular model :)
Thank you very much for your reply, next time I will definitely try to experiment with steam
daje
Can I still ask you a question ?! :) and dumplings can be cooked in it and in what mode and how much water can be poured? In general, you can tell about each mode in as much detail as possible, please, for example, for which dishes to use each of them. And for example, you want to make some kind of dish according to the recipe from this site, for example, what can replace the baking mode, etc.

And for example, you want to make some kind of dish according to the recipe from this site, for example, what can replace the baking mode, etc.
So, in order
I tried to cook dumplings in the steamer that came with the kit - I don't like that there is not enough space, that is, to cook a good bowl for a family, you need to mess around for several hours Unless you can cook one portion of your favorite, then it's still okay.
The Baking and Frying modes from other recipes are replaced by the Steam mode. He is the hottest in our model. Sometimes, however, on a very wet dough, you have to turn it on twice in a row.
As a matter of fact, I most often use two modes - Porridge-Soup for porridge, soups, stewing (it turns out two hours and the temperature is similar to "over low heat") and Steam for frying. baking and, in fact, steaming.
I also sometimes (if I don't leave the house, but still run somewhere near the cartoon), then I turn on the Steam function, so that everything boils faster, and then I transfer it to Kashu-Soup.
Fast cooking is a half hour program. For example, quickly cook a small portion of porridge for the child or stew a little apples.
Cooking is a versatile option if you don't know exactly what to turn on
Well, with the timer, I hope everything is clear? Through it, all other functions can be enabled. The only thing is that, for example, if you put the porridge on the timer, it is better to put a little more water than usual, otherwise it may turn out a little dry while standing on the heat.

I also remembered such a purely culinary nuance as a combination of products. That is, throwing food "raw" you need to remember that if, for example, you throw potatoes, beans or zucchini with something sour (for example, a lot of chopped tomatoes), then these vegetables will not boil and may remain oak

Girls, good morning. I only have a slow cooker for 3 weeks, but carbon deposits have already appeared on the heating element, that is, under the bowl. This is probably due to the fact that I put the bowl with water droplets on the outside. How can this be cleaned? I have a Daewoo 150.

How much water do you need to pour into the bowl? Simple The instructions say not exceeding the 3 mark for par. In general, can you tell us about all three scales in the bowl, are they for a certain mode and why, for example, for 1/2 there are different marks?

In household appliances, I wipe those places that cannot be properly washed with wet baby wipes - so the fat-plaque dissolves, and excess moisture does not get on the parts
Although I did not come across carbon deposits in the multicooker, therefore I did not dare to recommend something specific.

You directly puzzled me with the question of scales. Never thought about it. Average - these are ordinary liters, I am guided by it. And the rest, probably, refer to foreign measurement tables such as pints, etc.
The steam is not two hours, but 40 minutes. Since the boil in the mult is weak, it basically doesn’t have time to dissolve in such a time. And plus, so that it boils faster, it is better to pour a liter or two of water, no more. This is enough for steaming. I won't say exactly in time, I already wrote that I don't cook for a couple too often, I don't have enough portions from the steamer for my family. These 40 program minutes are enough for dumplings-dumplings-vegetables.

Thank you for not passing by. But I think that this does not affect the preparation in any way, and is not a marriage. Therefore, we will continue to create.

And yesterday I updated the "wardrobe" of my multicooker!
Above I gave a link to the topic where a girl from our forum sells 5-liter bowls. In general, I bought myself a new non-stick bowl there.
In terms of parameters, it is almost ideal for my DMC-200. It turns out that there is a mismatch in only one place - the upper side of the non-native bowl is wider and periodically clings to the latch. You have to press down with your hands so that it closes well. But it seems like it is not critical and does not affect the overall performance. At least I agree to endure this little inconvenience for the sake of being able to bake normally again in a bowl with a whole non-stick coating
In terms of quality - a wonderful cup! Yesterday I baked an experimental manna. Everything was baked well, the cooking time was no different from the native bowl and, most importantly, the pie fell out of the bowl without the slightest problem!

Girls and boys, I didn't find information about yogurt in your Temka ... Maybe someone tried to cook this product in Daushka?

Hello everyone!
We bought a DMC-150 as a gift ... I decided to test it ... I read this Temko and started experiments ... at the same time, the new owner showed what kind of "beast" it was ...
I made an omelette for a couple for breakfast for the child - it turned out delicious, but it's not clear what the 2-hour mode was made for, I don't take into account the preparation of pies ...
For lunch, I cooked Druzhba milk porridge on Kasha / Soup - in two hours it turned out to be a messy porridge, the same as my daughter loves, only with water you need to experiment, it stuck a little to the bottom ...
For dinner, my grandmother cooked buckwheat loose powder on the Fast mode (on my Supra 4501 for cooking porridge and pasta, I only use it) - for a very long time it did not turn off the mode, which even started to get nervous, but the porridge turned out to be healthy
The result is a pretty multicooker
Now I will visit you too, it’s very interesting what new things can be cooked in it.
Good luck everyone!!! And delicious dishes !!!

If the kit includes a steamer container, then it is easier to use it to remove casseroles, omelets, pastries from the multicooker. Simply place the container in the multicooker bowl, turn it over and shake out the contents.

I don’t remember who I saw the recipe, but definitely on this site! I take 1 liter of milk, 1 jar of Activia yogurt without additives, add sugar if desired and to taste.I pour this mixture into small jars, cover with lids, but do not twist. I put a cloth napkin at the bottom of the multicooker bowl. I put the jars in a bowl, fill it with cold water, up to about the hangers of the jars. I put the cartoon on heating for 15 minutes, then turn it off and leave it overnight. Sometimes I put prunes stewed with sugar or steamed dried apricots at the bottom of the jars.

Sorry, I don't have time to read the whole topic. Such a question - do they have service centers? And then, indeed, on the manufacturer's website there is nothing about the multicooker.

I peeled off the coating from the multicooker pan, took it to the store where I bought it, they could not get through to the office. representative offices and could not find me a pan in any service, I also tried to call the office. site, no one has ever answered the phone.
Robin bobin
Wow (. But I still ordered myself a Daewoo pressure cooker. It remains to be hoped that the device will work properly, since there are such problems with the service. And on the official website you did not look at the list of services for your city. Yesterday I found all the same whole list for yourself
tapsberg
In parallel with the store, I called all the services of our city, no one could provide a bowl, in the end, the store simply provided me with a bowl from a new multicooker (they said that they would not buy more DEU). But the worst thing for me was that while the search lasted, I managed to purchase another DEU multicooker, only with a ceramic bowl (now I have 2 + 1 of them from my parents). It is comforting that the ceramic bowl is forever, it seems that the bowl that was given to me in the store is also slowly deteriorating, in several places the coating has fallen off, but very little, I still use it, but with the ceramic one is in perfect order.

Hello everyone! I look for a long time the topic has not been updated.
I have long been the owner of this unit - Daewoo Electronics DMC-150. We bought it before the birth of our daughter. I thought I would cook some healthy food for her ... Yeah ... it wasn't there. The recipe book plunged me into a trance and instead of mastering Mulyuvarka empirically, I simply scored on it. A couple of times I cooked manti in it and that's it. For two years she was gathering dust on my windowsill. I even thought about selling it. Well, I'm just so used to cooking on the stove (I have gas, that's why it's done) that I didn't even perceive the multicooker as an alternative for cooking some dishes, I didn't understand its conveniences. And at the celebration of the daughter's DR, all the friends unanimously said that it was simply a crime not to use this miracle of technology. On the trail. day I made up my mind and made a hodgepodge. I like it. Next was the liver. It turned out just divinely like never before! Now I conduct experiments, read recipes and take them into service. By the way, in most cases I use the "Diet Dish" mode, although I look, here many ignore it

Hello everyone! I was just going to bake a bisvitik, but I didn't understand whether to remove the valve or not? Who baked answer me! And when I bought the baby, I didn't cook anything except cereals.

I do not recommend a biscuit oven, this multicooker is not suitable for this.
Nonsense turns out.

I am also the owner of Daewoo Electronics DMC-150)) already approx. years, very much helped out when we went to the sea - it is compact, does not weigh much, it is convenient to take on trips))
I cook porridge, soups, carcass meat and vegetables in it) I don't use it for baking, as it is more comfortable for me in a bread maker or oven))
But, I noticed that in several places 2-3 pimples-swellings (?) Appeared on the coating mm, that is, the coating itself is still intact, but I think that soon it will start to slip in these places ((Who has infa on interchangeability of bowls with m / y cartoons, share, pliz! And if I pick up an analog, I will definitely unsubscribe!

But I have a DAEWOO DMC 970, display in English.
There is simply no instruction ... There is not even a description of the programs. I do not know which side to approach her.
Translated the names of a couple of programs and truncated. And the recipe book is generally not clear for which multi.
They write for example: select the Stewing program and put on the Meat mode. My multi does not have any modes, only 36 programs that are on the display. No descriptions of temperature regimes, which program can change the tempo, which one does not, where is the multi-cooker and whether there is one at all (the seller convinced that there is. In short, I can't figure it out without a normal instruction. Tin!
