Walnut cookies

Ingredients

2 eggs
200 g of sugar (who doesn't like too sweet, 150 g)
1 bag of vanilla sugar
0.5 small bottle of rum flavoring (1gr)
100 grams of ground almonds in flour
150 gr of hazelnuts ground into flour
0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with a mixer on the highest speed for 1 minute. Pour in, without stopping whipping, gradually sugar (within 1 minute) and beat for another 2 minutes. Add rum flavor.
  • Mix nuts with baking powder, stir in quickly at the lowest speed.
  • Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a teaspoon. Use a wet hand to smooth into flat cakes with a diameter of 6 cm.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at T 140 ° (convection 120 °) for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Remove from baking sheet cooled (!) biscuits!
  • Ooooooooo nutty cookies!
